Scott was GREAT to work with! He and his staff are super responsive and accessible. Providing documentation was easy, and the list of needed items was less than I expected. Our closing costs were great too! Even our realtor was surprised at how low they were. We were buying a new home and selling our existing home at the same time. When the sale of our existing home fell through Scott was able to help us brain storm and come up with solutions so we could still close on time on the new home. Scott made a stressful situation easier, I am so thankful to him and Katie for their help, support, responsiveness, and genuine care of our family's needs.
