    Very rude, disrespectful and unorganized. I drove my trade-in vehicle to Modern Nissan to purchase a new Murano. They let me take home a Murano for the night. I left my vehicle at the dealership so that can determine the trade-in valve. We dropped off the Murano the next night and asked if they had a chance to look at my vehicle. They told me they do not evaluate vehicles until we are ready to sit down and talk numbers. Over the next few days I was trading emails and phone calls with several individuals. Communication between each individual was poor and many of phone calls we never returned as promised. During this process, we were close to the final price but they asked me to bring back my trade-in vehicle. I drove back to Modern Nissan (20 miles away) with my vehicle and meet the salesperson. The salesperson said they were working on my deal. After one hour of waiting to purchase a new vehicle, nobody looked at my car or made me an offer. With cash in my pocket, I left without anybody ever speaking to me.

    I drove my brother 4 hours to get his new car from Greenville NC to here and the salesperson Crystal Roaten was awesome. She made it worth the drive. Didn't make him feel pressured into buying a car. She even kept in contact after we left to. If you decide to get a car from Modern Nissan in Charlotte DON'T TALK TO ANYBODY ELSE BUT Crystal Roaten!!!!!!!! She will get you riding TODAY!!!!

    Repair department were quacks and tricksters. Fixed a broken abs sensor at 20% over quoted price then claimed we needed to also replace all four tires and rims ! Cost $2k. Our tire are top of the line Goodyear about three months old and the rims are in excellent condition. Watch out for these guys

    My Nissan Sentra was totaled by another driver on Oct 29 and I walked out with a new car on Oct 31, even before the insurance company had paid off the loan! Gil Bracy recognized that I have been a loyal customer and went out of his way to help me get my new car so quickly. This is the 4th car I have bought from Modern Nissan of Lake Norman, and I have been very satisfied with both the sales department and the service department.

    Worst experience dealing with sales “Managers” ever , the salesperson they had speak to us was great ;couldn’t ask for a more down to earth man to work with. Lying on their pricing will not sell vehicles, that may be why there is over 1000 vehicles on the lot; what an asset being the end of month. Management is not managing 🤷‍♂️

    To any one looking for nissan parts or service for nissans avoid Modern Nissan of Lake Norman at all costs, I've been waiting on a set of bearings for a week now after they told him your parts will be at your shop Saturday. Never heard from them Saturday and no bearings were delivered so I called them and they were never going to drop them off cause they dont deliver Saturday after I was told they would. Then I finally get my parts Saturday night and one box is open it's missing half of a bearing and is the wrong part number stamped on the bearing. Call again and they said they were sorry and it would be here tuesday. Cool wait all day tuesday nothing shows up. So I call first this Wednesday and they say "oh it was never ordered I'll get it ordered for you and it will be there Friday for you." So again I call this Friday to be sure my rod bearing will be here so I can get the car started and know I'm prepped for the event. The bearing was never ordered again. Now they're saying it will be here next Tuesday. Modern nissans parts department has been the biggest joke I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with should have used Frsport like I originally planned. Modern has continuously dropped the ball on a part I dont have time to wait for. They since ordered the part for me again telling me it would be here tuesday shows up and again it is only half a bearing and the wrong size bearing yet again. At this point I've descended to cut my losses and order it through someone else since they cant get it together enough to order the correct parts. And get them to me in a reasonable time.
