Ever since they upgraded to this new system they never answer the phone. You can RARELY get in touch with anyone. You literally have to now go to the bank to talk to anyone. This is ridiculous.
We apologize for the inconvenience Nia. We are experiencing more calls then we are used to since the system conversion as our members are still learning how it works on their end. I’ve been a customer for years, and they are generally acceptable. Nothing special, but no real issues other than a lack of modern banking amenities. But I recently called to get some information about a home equity loan, and was treated like an inconvenience or annoyance. There are literally dozens of banks and credit unions in the city. You need to give your members more of a reason to do business with you then just ... “because”

I just went there to deposit check as I am member of the other credit union and they sent me there as mine is out of state. Not sure what happened but teller must had a bad day and I experienced probably the rudest teller in my life. I sucked it up listening her lecturing me something i am doing first time and what should i do. Will not come here back again

Head teller Jennifer was rude very unprofessional I was attack by her for not waiting for her to call me in line when i was the only one in line and 3 tellers were open no one was taking care of a customers i was the only person in the bank beside the people who work there at 3 oclock in the afternoon, I approached her first and she said to me "next time you wait to be called on before i will wait on you" then when she said what do you want how can i help you ? when i question her attitude she became very defensive i asked for the manger and she told me she was the head teller i ask for the manager of the bank and she would not give to me their name then so i asked for my cash back and deposited it with another teller and reported it to the manager after i was given her name of the by the other teller and then I spoke to the bank manager i have a been a customer for over 10 years or more i will definitely will not return to this bank as long as this person works there because there are many banks that i can do business so beware of the attitude at this bank location and the customer service that they allow this to be toward their customers

When I needed fast service and the best results OMEGA came through for me. I did not have time to search - only the time to make a loan request at 9 am and it was completed by 12:00 noon. My loan officer was attentive and understood my request. I have recommended OMEGA to friends and I will be a grateful customer for many years to come. Thank you OMEGA!

I've been satisfied, not happy, with this credit union until today. I had a few transactions come through that overdrew my account, even though three out of four transactions were fine, and the NSF fee is actually what overdrew it! When I called, the teller manager gave me the old "we have no control of when these transactions hit, and we cannot refund anything except one NSF fee". Meanwhile, only one of the transactions, an auto pay, actually overdrew me. The other ones came through in real-time a day prior with a positive balance. I NEVER EVEN AGREED TO ALLOW MY ACCOUNT TO BE OVERDRAWN IN THE FIRST PLACE, WHICH IS FEDERAL LAW NOW. This all should've never even occurred. So much for the "credit union difference". They use the same excuse as the corporate banks: "We can't refund anything!". Bull!! I'll be taking my accounts elsewhere, including a mortgage in the near future. Lesson of the day: Your credit union can take your account negative with NSF fees, then claim you did since they can't tell when the transactions will hit! Hmm, banking is pretty quick nowadays I thought... Remember when PNC was involved in a class-action over similar claims?
Good Morning Chris, Let me first say that I certainly understand that you are frustrated that your account was overdrawn. I have looked into this matter for you and I do see that there were several transactions that posted when you did not have the funds available in your account to cover them. The reason these items were allowed to go through is because you opted your debit card in for overdraft protection, this is an option with your debit card and it can be opted out at anytime. If you would like to do that simply call us at 412-369-3800 to request this. I do show that we were able to refund one of the fees for you as a courtesy. We do offer an overdraft protection line of credit to help prevent these situations from happening. I have been a member for over 20 years and they have been very helpful and member focused the whole time. Started the kids savings accounts with their help. No fee checking accounts with overdraft protection and I can go to almost any other credit union to do banking makes it a no brainier to stay with them the next 2౦+ years! Walter J

The "customer service" in this branch is horrific. Rude, condescending tellers who clearly could care less about actually helping people. The funny thing is I'm relocating from out of state and searching for a new credit union to park my $800,000+ Thank you for making it an easy choice to never, ever do business here again!
