Old National Bank County Rd, Hills

Can't get into the place . Tellers are slow, don't have a clue on what they are doing. Trying to run a business with less employees that are not trained in the first place. Been waiting on a return phone and of course no response. Blame the holidays like the person that did answer your phones. I wish I could say that when my bills are due. Excuses . Look at other reviews. Stay away from this place .

would be 0 stars if possible. bunch of dishonest thieves here. they take money for "fees" they generate out of nowhere even when asking them countless times to set up accounts to avoid these fees. they also didnt close out a CD loan properly and just the other day "forgot" to put 2000 dollars back into my account after depositing a check, they wouldn't have corrected issue had i not noticed. oh yeah, they also have let other people see my account information. i could go on. dishonest, unethical, crooks.

Ever since this bank became Old National and not Anchor it has been horrible. Stood at the counter 2 days in a row no customers in the building, no line, no teller, nobody to deposit my check. Is this still a Bank?
