Atm doesn't accept cash deposits. Hours are not very convenient since they changed from Klein bank to Old National. Taking my business elsewhere.

Mostly good. One complaint however is when I deposit a check, I get a "Low Balance Alert" even tho I just DEPOSITED money!!

Not the same service now under Old National vs. Klein Bank! Been on hold for 30 minutes just to get to a local Old N branch, so painful! Totally different company vs. when I worked with Klein Bank.

Since the switch from Klein to Old National I’ve had to deal with 2 different problems 2 days in a roll!! The customer service was awful! After 39 years I’m ready to move on!
