The best thing I can say about Elizabeth & Larry , is that they are the best in the business. We've purchased several homes on the mainland over the years and really needed a seasoned professional to help us navigate the seller friendly HI market. Not only did they meet that challenge but they excelled with flying colors. For example, Elizabeth sat through an entire home inspection while sick to the point that I wouldn't have got out of bed. Next, we watched her win in the price/closing cost negotiation, and even extract favorable information on our behalf from a listing agent that put up a stone wall. Larry and Elizabeth are the best!

Larry and Elizabeth are a great team to work with! Elizabeth really understands the needs of military clients, and is incredibly skillful at navigating fast-paced transactions while buyers are PCSing. Larry, who is a Navy Veteran, is the best VA LO on island. He keeps you updated throughout the entire loan process, with calls every week to make sure you understand what is going on with your loan. They truly look out for the best interest of the client. I highly recommend them to anyone PCSing to Hawaii, even if you're not on island yet!
