    I'm with Qualstar Credit Union that does shared branching with Obee credit union. They will not allow me to access my funds thru the drive thru. I understand I am not an Obee credit union member, but, I am a member with shared branching. With that being said any member even if it's shared branching should have access to their funds. Or open back up the lobby. It makes no sense how I can walk into lobby and have access to my funds, but go to the driveway and they brush me off, like I don't matter. Oh and this all happened at the Lacey branch.

    I want to acknowledge their response and make clear I did not reach out. Google's review system is not their customer service any more than Yelp is and shouldn't be used as such. This is a little disgusting and shows poor business practice. I see they make a habit of gaslighting negative reviews which is also indicative of poor business practices. Looks like I dodged a bullet. I also provided them with all the documents they needed including having the city of Tumwater email proof of residency. Again, had they talked to me instead of about me I could have cleared up any confusion, but they were too busy whispering about me on the phone and wasting my time. I wanted to open some accounts and become a member, but walked out after sitting in someone's office for 45 minutes while they talked about me on the phone in a hushed tone like I wasn't there. I'm pretty sure I know why and if they'd spoken to me instead of about me I could have given them the information they wanted.

    I started an account for my adult son here. We had to schedule a time to come in because they are short staffed but they worked with us and even though we had to wait a half hour past our appointment time we were checked in on and informed what the hold up was and when we got the help we needed it went pretty fast.

    Lobby isn't open on Saturdays. Refused to cash my payroll check through drive thru without an account. Polite staff but open your lobby Saturday so people can do business on their days off.

    I've been with Obee Credit Union for over twenty years and they have been lacking customer service for a long time now, and yes even before Covid! Hence why I switched to ACU and NW plus Credit union. I used to really like Obee but every time you call there you can never get a hold of anyone right away, even when they first open at 9:00 and I call I'm still put on hold!!....I'm literally on hold every time I call for over 15 minutes or more, or you can request a call back but sometimes they do not call back and when you want to talk to someone you need to speak with someone now!....You will not get that with Obee anymore. I needed to transfer my savings to my checking and I could not get a hold of anyone for nothing and I neeeded that money to put down on a car!..After that I said forget it, they have no customer service what so ever, and I do not know what happened to them but I just closed my account and I'm staying with ACU and NW Plus credit unions because you can literally get a hold of someone as soon as you call... That's what customer service is all about!!!

    Worst bank ever! I may own a i502 business but we're treated like we run Microsoft as far as fees and I bet if a big business like Microsoft had an account they would be treated better than we are in the i502 business. It took two weeks and threes in-house mistakes later to get my lost debit card and and I've asked to tellers if I would be charged for change with my business account and they said "no" but to my surprise I was charged $6 to get change that I came in with for 600 bucks. Most of them don't know how to explain there banks own services and I only go here so I can pay my employees an paycheck other wise I'd run a cash business. I was told if I didn't want a charge to use my other banking service that's for my personal accounts.....even though they make over 300 a month in bank fees off me. All I can say is greed runs this bank

    cant get my debit card to work just because i wanted to buy an online game. Obee then proceeded to lock me out of my account when i tried to log in when using my password, so I then tried to reset my password 2 times, once i finished setting up my new password, it still wouldn't work. Great company.
