Nuvision Credit Union Business Blvd, Eagle River

Wonderful staff but the Nu-Vision management is making online banking more restricted. Moving most of my banking to AK FCU instead.

After Denali fcu was bought out by nuvision their customer service and ability to do anything has gone away. I am trying to switch banks to credit union 1, and not only will Denali not give credit union 1 my 10 day payoff. THEY WONT GIVE IT TO ME!!! they have to email it to me and that will take up to two business days. So I will have to make 2 trips just to close my account with them. This is just dumb.

Yeah "customer service" is a joke and they do bleed there "member" dry every which way to Sunday! I've been a member for over 2 decades and it's gone worse and worse thru out the years. Watch out for the hidden "fees" and shady practices they like to do(lock your account all because I was going thru a hard time and was past due on my CC and they knwi that and when I finally got paid I couldn't even transfer from my checking to that CC to pay the bill, they changed me a late fee because they wouldn't allow me to transfer a payment note I can withdraw any cash from my other accounts, so they are hold my checking account hostage till the card is paid off, great customer/blood bag service). I'm going to another bank here today the last straw was pulled today.

After Denali Alaskan F.C.U. was taken over by Nuvision, based in California, the quality has gone down. I do not recommend banking here.

Amber and the man she was working with at this branch are AWESOME. They helped me with a small issue and even called me later to let me know it was fixed. I really appreciated the kindness they showed me

I am and have been on hold for 75 minutes. to only ask a question about a loan.... really.

The bank is inside the grocery store. There isn't much room for a line but there usually isn't a very large line.

They are a sister branch for me and always help me with with whatever i need which is great!
