Slowest financial institution, do not visit when in a hurry. Inconvenient drive through hours for people who work 8-5. No shared branching for an unclear reason. Find another CU.

Colton used to help us over at the paseo del Norte location, and we were happily surprised to see him here now! He continues to give us excellent service and takes his time explaining things to us when we are confused. We are happy to see him added to the main branch!
