We LOVE banking here! The staff new and old are ALWAYS full of the kindest and most respectful attitudes. They have never let us down! They are super plugged in to the community. Every month they allow a new business come in and set up a display! How cool? This month my work was able to set up a spot giving away a $294 birthday and a $499 corporate party! Oh yeah, Growing up they even came to my elementary school to teach us savings. We are so thankful for this business and location!

    Response from the owner

Thank you, Kearston! We love our members, and giving back to our community is what we're all about. We appreciate you sharing the love!

The people are 5 star The bank itself used to be great then they took out the drive through teller lanes and replaced them with ATM machines that seem to malfunction more than they work forcing you to go inside and stand in line for half an hour. Then enter the new digital banking they are forcing members to use. Apparently plan on figuring out how to work at a bank way to much to navigate very confusing and frustrating. Seems they have lost touch with all reality of what their customers actually wanted when they started banking with them. I will be moving my accounts next week. Absolutely terrible this kind of customer relations does not belong In Idaho. They are actually paying to integrate these terrible systems that no one has asked for nor did they want that’s the most mind boggling part.

    Response from the owner

Hi Davin, thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our team is awesome, and we're glad you've enjoyed working with us. We're bummed to hear some of the changes we've made haven't been a good fit for you - and we understand change is tough. We'd like the chance to talk with you further, so someone will reach out soon to chat. Thank you!

Quite simply, while the people may be nice, the competency and digital experience have been the worst I have experienced to date. We have been on the phone with someone, or on hold, in-person, and in chat for at least 5 hours now, and no one can make sure we can connect an external account for transfers. It's been almost comical. Have a loan with them for 2 months now. If we'd have known this is the way it would be, NEVER would have done the loan. Having to make payments in person, or via check is ridiculous in today's world. They also won't add an authorized person (spouse) on the account to handle matters. Be cautious if you like a simple experience - I would stay away until they work through a lot of matters. Oh, and this is the third CU we currently have a relationship with - zero problems with the other 2.

I have been a member for 40+ years, and the decline has been remarkable. Absolutely the worst customer service possible. Not even worth your time to go there.

My account went over by $4.99 in savings for a subscription and Numerica charged me $30. I’m a broke college student with barely enough money for groceries and bills, let alone this ginormous fee.

    Response from the owner

Jo, we’re bummed to hear you had this experience. We understand how difficult fees can be. We care about your financial well-being; would you be willing to email us at [email protected] so we can talk more about what happened?

Our family feel on hard times. My husband lost his job. We called and told them this and that thing will be late but we will always pay them. Instead of just noting the account and seeing that we are paying... but yes its late. They call me 2 to 4 times a month. It's the holiday season. I have 2 kids a mortgage and 2 car payments. My main branch / bankis stcu I told them the same thing. They haven't called me once. I have told numerica several times to just notate the account that it will change when I have a job. They are rude and yet keep calling me. As soon as I am back on my feet I will move my truck loan and one other credit card through them. Save your energy, your time and your insanity go to a different bank!

    Response from the owner

Hi Keisha, we are sorry to hear about your difficulties right now. With all of our members, our goal is to have clear communication to ensure we have the most current information and help minimize stress during a tough time. We appreciate you giving us your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to make it right – just give us a call.

The customer service was the only thing decent about Numerica. I had my personal accounts and 2 business accounts with them, but they still couldn't give me a decent auto loan. Their online banking for a multiple business owner was a hassle. It logs you out after a short amount of time, so constantly re-logging back in was frustrating. Then I find out that they donate money to degenerate homosexuals in the area. That was the tipping point for me. After an Idaho based Credit Union (ICCU) gave me the best auto loan, I ended up switching and was astounded at how much better their mobile App was as well. Now when I log into my online banking account, I get my personal and all of my business accounts listed on the dashboard which gives me quick control on transferring funds. Also $15 overdraft charges at ICCU compared to Numerica's $30 overdraft fee. Do yourself a favor, Idahoans, and keep your money in a local Credit Union. Better everything.

So frustrating that they are only open minimum hours, as I work every single business hour they are open, and am struggling to find a way to cash my paychecks (they are from a personal account so Walmart can't cash them) I am unable to get a checking account, right now due to fraud, so yes I am sure their online services and ATM deposits are wonderful; unfortunately those are not an option for me right now. It is also not an option for my employer to switch to a bank that is open past 6pm. I have talked to everyone I can and nobody will help me, so here is a one star review

    Response from the owner
