I purchased a new Nissan Maximum Platinum in 2017 - I've had many, many issues with the cars Warning and Alerting System. I had to bring to the car to Nissan over 7 times to rectify the issue (which still isn't rectified)! In addition, I purchased "DENT" protection with the car, and in the past 2 1/2 years, I've encountered 2 small dents (from someone's door I assume?), and I've been calling Nissan for the past 9 months to bring my car in to be repaired. They apparently have "issues" with the company "THEY" contracted with, and I cannot get the small dents our of my car, even though I paid for the "INSURANCE"???? This is the WORSE car dealership I've ever dealt with! BTW - Try getting the General Manager to escalate issues to - He apparently doesn't work there anymore?

They hang up on me soon as I mention that im returning a lease. And when I try to call back after they hang up without even saying anything. When they tell you that "you can return your car at any Nissan dealership" that is just a lie. They make it hard for you to return a car because they want you to give up and bring it to a different dealership. Because they dont want to deal with their own car.

Please, save yourself the frustration of these desperate salespeople trying to make MINIMAL PROFIT at your expense. Truly, they are a waste of time! Watch out for Ed and the general manager who never introduced himself. After speaking with the internet department about selling them my mothers Nissan, and receiving an unseen appraisal that I figured was going to change, I received an offer that I ultimately accepted after a physical appraisal and running the VIN and Carfax. Before sending my mother back to them I asked them to confirm the amount again stating that I was not sending her if there was going to be any negotiation or change to the agreed price less than one hour before her visit. Sure enough, they devalued the car over 20% leaving her in tears in the parking lot after traveling all the way to their store. After she left they tried AGAIN to negotiate with me raising the value of the car. Anyway, I do not and will never recommend this store - do not let them play with you!

I have never dealt with a more professional group of sales people in buying a vehicle. I worked with salesperson Nishelle on the lot and told her I was just looking for a future purchase. She located exactly what I was looking for in just a few minutes. I was going to wait but, they offered me such an amazing deal that I couldn't turn it down. We turned in our old car off lease and acquired a new one over the weekend. We worked with Ian and he did a great job. Staff was friendly, helpful, and low pressure. It really made for a seamless transition from the old car to the new car. Definitely recommend the dealership and Ian.

I bought my 2010 Maxima at this dealership nearly 2 years ago and have had it serviced there eve since.I have nearly 70,000 miles on it and I really like the way the service department takes care of my car. They really know what makes it tick and they recommend things that I never would think of but when they describe them, it really makes sense. I like the way they stand behind their work. I had a wheel alignment done and afterward, I felt the car pulled a little. I intended to take it back to have it checked but, of course, by the time I did I had driven 7000 miles. I mentioned it to Ann, the service writer, and she immediately added a re-alignment at no charge. That's the mark of a reliable service department.I will continue to have my car serviced there for the next 100,000 miles.
