We live in Culpeper Virginia and have maintained our banking with NexkMark and have received nothing short of the finest attention to a recent dilemma. Both Eli Benezra and Saud Iftikhar have gone the extra mile to quickly resolve a financial matter requiring their assistance. This is the reason that, although we no longer live in Fairfax County, we will continue our banking with the credit union. I would also add that the times we have gone in person we have been treated in the most professional manner by them and all of the staff. We thank you for your superior service. .

Highly recommend!! NextMark has provided EXCELLENT service to my husband and I. We are so pleased! P.S. some people post bad reviews when they are denied for a loan. That is a TOTAL misrepresentation of the value that NextMark provides to its members- just my opinion!

I tried to open an account online. Said it was processing and an agent would call me in 24 hours. About a week later I went to the one branch. They said it would be opened due to a conflict, but they took my money to open the account. I had to bring proof to them. But they were sorry they never called me back to tell me. After an hour of setting there they finally figured it out and opened an account. Almost two weeks later still no debit card. I tried to access my account online.Coukdnt access anything called they said I never set up my online account. But I can't access it without my account number. Finally after several calls got that info. Now it won't let me finish my account due to some unknown issue. That the teller or customer service can't figure out. Teller reset my password because she said it was expired even though I've only had this account open for about two week. Now I can't access anything or do anything but they have my money.
