Next Level Pawn S Glenstone Ave, Springfield

This place sells products that are not in working condition. I brought a game system and after the first one wouldn't read discs they gave me a second one that was also broken and didn't download anything. When i went to take it back they offered no refund. Instead they brought the game back from me as is and only offered $40. Even though i didn't break it and it was sold to me broken. The cashier stated he only checks to see if discs play. Nothing else. He stated that pawn shops sell items as is. They don't check for damages. Bad place to get any electronics or gaming systems.

I went in and did business with Next Level. Very cool inventory. And they just acquired a beautiful and blue Fender Jazz Bass from yours truly. It's definitely roadworn, yet it has been with me for almost 14 years. Just needed to clear up my instrument inventory and while I am sad to part with it, its new owner will be very happy! Great staff, great products, great business!

This is the best pawn shop in Springfield in my opinion! The owner was very helpful during my visit. I love this pawn shop because you never know what you'll see when you visit. Very cool place to check out. Also a great place to get tools!!

This store is great! They have a lot of games for retro systems and I was surprised to find a ton of OG xbox games for awesome unbeatable prices! It would be awesome if they had some games for Nintendo Switch, but its understandable given how it is killing it in the videogame war between Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft. Deffinitely worth checking out! They sometimes do buy 2 get 1 free just like gamestop!!! Winning! Lol.

This store is one of the best game shops I've been in. They have a decent selection of video games, especially older games for ps, xbox. They also have the next gen games. As others have said, the price for games is very reasonable. I got a couple ps2 games and the discs were in great condition and it looks like they clean the game cases and cartriges. Overall great shop.

I'm a video game collector, and I go here first for games, as they are cheaper than other used game stores, and they often have what I'm looking for. In addition, they have a ton of toys for toy collectors, and they have even started working with pawns, for those who need some money. Overall, a great store!

The owners are real friendly and reasonable, they have a great selection of video games and toy figures, they also have an awesome deal on consoles , any console you buy comes with a controller and buy 2 get one free gane. Love this place , highly recommend

Next level is my one stop shop for everything collectable. If they don't have it they will do their best to get it for you and at a fair price. I have been going to them for over 2 years and have become friends with them due to frequent visits and shared interest in collecting. In summation good service, good products, good prices, and a good store. Check them out your won't regret it!

Been a customer here for years on all my Vintage Star Wars Merchandise. Fred has ALWAYS treated me right even with store credit when I've had to use it. Layaways are great. Never bought games here, but I am very excited that he is now doing PAWN and Guns. Here Take my Money!!!!
