Nexgen Motors N State St, Orem

Bought a car from here last year out of state. They lied saying everything was good with the car that they had an outside party inspect it. The salesman had said it was a theft recovery saying there were no issues with it. Turns out it was salvage from a frontend collision. Sold with a rebuilt title which means everything that had happened to the car was fixed. When I got the car the suspension was making weird noises needed to be completely replaced.Also when I got the car I had to get an inspection in my state to register the car. It failed my state’s inspection because the radiator support was smashed and needed to be replaced and also the floor pans needed redone. So after spending all that money on a car I thought was rebuilt turned out to be a scam when they sold the car and was never fixed. Highly advise staying away from this dealership as they will lie to you.

They put no pressure to buy on me what so ever. They have been going out of there way for days to take my calls/texts at all hours even after close. This review is based solely on customer service and not purchase of a vehicle. I inquired about a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 in hopes of getting started on purchasing the vehicle. After making several attempts (phone calls and emails) I never got a response back. I informed the sales representative of my interest as soon as I saw the vehicle on the website where they mentioned to call them for further information. I spoke to someone over the phone (whom seemed to have been knowledgeable that I was interested in the vehicle) and they informed me that I would get a call back. I never received a call back and emailed them again providing all my information to get in contact with me. If this company had someone else interested in the vehicle or it had sold already, a simple acknowledgment would have been sufficient. I’m not sure if they were not interested in helping me due to the fact I live in California. My fiancé and I were willing and desperately wanting to make the trip there and purchase the vehicle but did not want to book any flights without knowing it would be there when we arrived (let’s face it, plane tickets are not cheap). I hope that others have better experience with this company, as customer service is mandatory in car sales.

I Purchased a car from NexGen and Daniellle Morris help me help me complete my documents I was very happy with the way they treated me in the purchase of my vehicle and also offering warranty products for me. I have put on over 30,000 miles on the vehicle and I had to replace the water pump and thermostat With a warranty that I had from NexGen I was able to fix the car at no cost to me. I'm extremely happy to be able to buy a car below book value and still get a warranty I would highly recommend NexGEN to anybody that's looking for a car

Flew out from Colorado to buy a Tacoma truck from Nexgen. Truck was exactly as stated and at a very fair price. Alex, Nate and the rest of the team had me on the road back home within hours of arriving in Lindon, ensuring all was well with the truck down to the wiper fluid and tire jack. Great experience!

$1,000 non refundable deposit so I could take a car to be inspected for a day. Sounds like they don't want it inspected. Also, make sure you ask for pictures of the damage. They like to down play it.

Came in just browsing cars for fun and it was a great experience. Brandon walked me through what car I would want in the future and was super helpful! When I go to buy my next car I’m definitely going to Nexgen and asking for Brandon!
