I was referred to this company from the debt consolidation I was using at the time back in 2019. I don't really have any thing bad to say...back in 2020 when covid started, i missed 4 payments, and they worked with me.The downfall is the interest rate is high. I been with them 2.5years and I'm almost finished paying off my loan from them, ive been making extra payments so it will be paid off sooner. Will I go back for future business probably not, but so far my ride with them had been smooth. But all of my debts are paid in full except for this from new credit, only have a short time to go then will be completely DEBT FREE!!!
Hi Andrea, we appreciate you taking the time to review us. We are pleased to be a part of your financial success.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I was referred by my debt collector to this company to pay off my Debts. Well after being told that my payments would be the same they are increasing it but $181.12 total 704 a month with 24,051.02 total with 3 cards paid off by my current debt collector. My current payment is 522.44 a month when had over 35,000 in debt but no one can fully explain why after being placed on hold for 45 minutes.,yes I waited because I wanted an explanation but nope when the underwriting manager David got on the phone he simply said I don't have to sign the agreement if I don't agree to the terms. And that the rep are salesman basically telling us what we want to hear like the the payments will not go up so we would apply for the loan. Its sad and stressful avoid them if you can.

Got a loan from NCA to pay off a car and a credit card. Knocked off a $120 in monthly bills. Fortunately it worked out, lost my job 3 months later. They were very helpful through out that ordeal. As long as you communicate with them those calls they make if your late won’t be so annoying. So grateful!!!
Hi Trevor, we appreciate you taking the time to review us. We are delighted to read your positive feedback. We are also happy that we could help you when you needed it.

My advice is the same. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. My experience with this company was not the best. I do not recommend it. I was paying without any delay. and when I went to pay OFF the total balance, and sent the money, they told me that I owed them more money. It turns out that apart from the 630 dollars that I paid monthly, the interest per day increases my debt by 12 dollars x 30 days = 360 USD. so the debt would never be paid. I spoke with a supervisor to see if they would help me, since I was paying without any delay, and they were not able to forgive me 200 dollars that increased, from the day I asked for the pay off until the day I had the check in my hands to pay them Debt. This company does not help at all. Don't make loans there.
Hi Lorena, The payoff balance is typically calculated using a few key factors. One of those factors is the interest owed, which is an amount that is often calculated daily. Therefore, it is important that before any person attempts to pay off their loan, that they call and verify the date they want to pay and then obtain the amount owed based on that specific date. Although uncommon, if a misquoted balance is given, we strive to work with our customers to waive that balance or work with them toward a refund. As always, for privacy concerns and your protection, we do not address account-specific details in a public forum. If you still need help, contact us at [email protected] so that we can look into this issue for you. Alternatively, you may call us at (877) 373-2330. If this matter has not yet been rectified, we hope that you reach out so that we may look into this further for you. The satisfaction of our customers is important to us.

They do not report your account paid each moth they're 60 days behind payment. When paid off you're credit bureau will not show paid until 45+ days after paid in full payment. I would never ever use them again. Huge mistake.
Hi Debbie, we apologize with the issues you had regarding credit reporting. Please note that New Credit America reports to the bureaus monthly according to federal guidelines. The bureaus then take time on their end to process that data and update your credit profile. Therefore, it may take up to 45 days or more to see any updated information. We hope this information helps explain the reasons behind your concerns.

insane that a company helping you get out of debt sells your contract to a company that charges almost 30% interest. i would NEVER do business with these people again, and had i known, i wouldnt have done it in the first place, century debt relief is one to steer clear of as well.
Hi Shelley, We appreciate your feedback and apologize about the experience you had with our company. The loan that we offer in partnership with Century is a helpful option for someone that wishes to accelerate the completion of their debt settlement program. This also ceases additional interest and fees accruing on the program’s enrolled accounts. With that, these loan types at New Credit America have an interest rate that is based upon a variety of factors, and it is found to be competitive in the marketplace. Another advantage is that the interest rate is fixed, and there are no prepayment penalty fees and no late fees. You can always reduce the interest paid by making additional or larger than contractual payments, which will help lower the principal balance faster. This reduces total interest paid as the interest calculations are based on your principal balance. We hope that you find this information helpful.

My Advice is to stay away from this company New Credit America. I am not one to complain but this company is one you should stay away from. I was very patient with them but when I did ask to speak to someone because they couldn't help me farther along, i was told there were no managers or upper level staff available. They called me everyday asking me the same questions and sent texts that were delayed to the process. Company seemed to be very disorganized and that's not good when dealing with a company that is over seeing your financial business.
Hi Willie, We apologize about the delays you experienced with our company and thank you for bringing this to our attention. For privacy concerns and your protection, we do not address account-specific details in a public forum. Therefore, we invite you to contact us at [email protected] so that we can look into these issues for you. Alternatively, you may call us at (877) 373-2330. This place has really ruined my life. I'm hoping through legal action I can get out of this. My advice is not to use this company, true crooks.

Was referred by my debt relief company when I had already settled 5 of 6 creditors, only one was outstanding. I had said I only wanted the outstanding under this program to my debt relief program and the rep for new credit. No one said that would be a problem. Then the debt relief rep called said they had a settlement and wanted me to approve it. I said not without documentation as my experience with them had not been favorable as well. I got the documentation and it was everything. I called new credit and the rep tried to tell me they get everything settled at once so it stops effecting to my credit. I told her that it was only 1 card still outstanding so that did not apply to me. THATS when the other shoe fell. They have to include everything into one loan. So the debt relief company that was to save me 25% referred me to a loan company that’s rate is 29.7%. Definitely make sure you read the fine print, ask for email documentation before you agree to anything, and protect yourself. These companies are not going to so you need to.

If I can give 0 star out of 5, I could. I requested a 5 days delay on my payment, which I was approved for. The company did not stick to their promise. Not only did they draft my account on the regular set day, but the also drafted my account on the new requested day. When I tried to resolve the issue, they tell me that it my fault because I called to make a request and they were trying to help me by approving my request. The customers service at this company is horrible. Even though, they are helping me to resolve my debts, they don't need to be so condescending on the phone and not even try to resolve an issue that was their fault. Double billing me just because I asked for a grace period.
Hello Feissoribe, We are so sorry your recent experience with New Credit America was not a positive one.
