New American Funding - David Castillo Pierce St, Riverside

I applied for a mortgage loan at several companies. David Castillo was the person I contacted at New American Funding. David's was friendly and helpful. Every time I called, he picked up the phone, not some answering machine with contact tree that drives people crazy. I had dealings with another individual at NAF, Lisa Chong, too. She was friendly and helpful, also. Because of the effort made on my behalf to get the mortgage "done", and because of the way David and Lisa treated men and responded to me, David will be the first person I contact if I'm in need oof another mortgage.

David and the team at New American Funding made the process seamless!! Literally, I emailed them like 3 things and they did the rest. Then a couple of weeks later they sent a notary to my office and I signed the papers right here.
