The process of refinancing our house with new american funding was so easy! Amir the loan officer was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful. I never felt pressured or got a salesman vibe. For those reasons we decided to go with new american funding versus another company we where looking into. They have great communication and were always quick with a response. They were able to match and get us a better rate than the other company we were looking at! Only downfall was not being able to go over papers with loan officer as we were signing but that would be with any online company. They answered all questions we had with paper work the next day.

We enjoyed our experience with New American Funding. The process was hassle free and much easier than we expected. If you're on the fence about refinancing, give them a call. They answered our questions and didn't bother us until we were ready to move forward. Their customer service is great.

They had a great rate and were fast, especially with a VA loan, which, in my experience, is often laboriously slow. The only complaint I have is that they didn't use the closing company I had selected. Not a huge deal, as the costs were about the same, but I had wanted to support a local small business for that.
