Chase Bank N 10th St, Mcallen

I had this bank a few years ago around 2016, they forced my account to be closed and never to bank with them due to an error on my pay check that was not my fault, i gave them a check it was like $1500+/- from a towing company i use to work for, apearantly i gave them my check so they could put it on my account so they did, but later when they put money on my account, they could not verify the check because it had a disconnected phone number on the check, but everything else was good, so they did not want to give me my money because they could not confirm the check, so i told the guy to call there bank to verify and they did she told them the check is real but my boss did not update the phone number on checks and no one ever had an issue before, so bank guy confirmed check is good so he told me ill give you your money but you will NEVER bank with us again, he closed my account, even after confirming check was good with my boss bank, he straight told me i was banned, so now im banking with plains capitial bank and i been good here since, never had any issues and i plan to stay here for a good long while

Rude employees have entitlement issues. They literally park right in front the door. Leaving customers to park further away! Customers come first! Not employees. One was a Gentleman manager too. He should know better. But after reading the reviews seems the staff have no customer service skills. Smh!

Rude and poor customer service. We signed in to add someone to our business account at 4:30 PM and when were asked what we wanted to do, we told him we wanted to add someone to our business account. Then she told us that we would have to wait 30 minutes. We said ok. Maybe 15 minutes later, Leslie Gonzales came out and told us that someone was ahead of us and it would take at least another hour before she could take care of us and that by that time they would be closed so it they wouldn't be able to do anything today. We asked for a manager we could complain to and she said she had no manager or no one else to take care of us. We then asked her if she wanted us to just go bank somewhere else and take are $15000. She said sure go ahead and take your $15000.

I went in to open a savings account. After discussing all my needs Salma recommended that Banking with Chase would be a lot more. Salma Absolutely answered all questions and went above and beyond to even set up my chase application (linked all accounts) Not only did obtain the Savings Account i needed, but now i will also bank with Chase thanks to her! :)

Went to cash three CHASE checks at this CHASE bank. So supposedly Chase has a policy where any check over $50 has a $8 service charge which meant that Chase took $16 from me to cash their own checks. Absolutely ridiculous no other bank I've worked with has ever done this.

There is no personal banking at Chase anymore now they want to direct you to their ATM's only. You can't even call and leave a message with them either it is so impersonal.

Opens late (9am), short staffed, one specialized banker only and leaves early. Can’t access safe deposit box 30mins before closing. Long wait times.

Very rude customer service. I was 2 minutes late and the lady Ms. Laura Ortiz refused to see me.

love the customer service of the tellers, but branch it's understaff in the teller side, had to wait 20 min in line
