I’ve been a member for over 10 years and an it’s truly sad to see how the corporate office treats its workers. They are still forcing them to wear mask for no reason pretty sad being a veteran and seeing freedoms that some of my friends die for get taken away. From applying on my phone, to setting up my online account, to picking up my debit card 15 minutes after my approval, literally everything about the process to get a true bank account was easy, and pretty much no human contact. Excited to experience adulthood with a real bank account.

Navy Federal has the most screwed up customer service department anywhere. There customer service supervisors can't even communicate with each other. PLEASE DONT BOTHER TRYING TO PROCESS A LOAN BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE TO HELP YOU OR WHO EVEN CARES. Changing to Navy Federal was the worst mistake I have ever made.

I’ve been a member of NFCU for about a year now. I haven’t needed to go into the branch often because the ATM serves most of my needs but the in-branch service has always been top notch. Facility is always very clean and social distancing / plexiglass throughout. Their greeter at the door is very helpful too. Hand sanitizer also available. Small nit pick - when giving cash to a customer please show / count out before putting into envelope to hand to me. I’m a trusting person but I believe in “trust but verify”. It’s more awkward to take the money out of the envelope after to double check it’s all there.

Pitiful that people in service have to deal with such a terrible bank I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE EVER!

This bank is a scam i live in Chicago and i have gotten 6 deposit in that acct which have been counterfeit here is the acct number to see how they like it there Acct 256074974 go to town scammers and crooks.

I was very pleased with their customer service and efficiency. This branch seems to be well run and even has tablets for children to play on. It was busy but I was taken care of immediately. Happy we bank with NFCU.

Always polite and professional to deal with! Much better than one of the big banks and even a local credit union in Arizona that I'm leaving -and moving those accounts to Navy Federal. As someone who pre-pandemic used to cross into Mexico regularly, I love how you can update your debit card for foriegn travel on the NFCU app. I'm 53 years old and this is THE BEST credit union I have ever been with.

This is the most problematic bank I’ve ever dealt with! First off none of them say the same thing and they just bounce you around until you get tired of wanting help or you just leave. Customer service is a issue. Do not bank with Navy Federal... USAA is way friendlier and service appropriate. I’d give them zero starts but it won’t let me!
