Arizona Federal Credit Union E Camelback Rd, Phoenix

I live in New Jersey and someone stole my social security number and used it to open a business account in Arizona at this bank, I called them 3 months ago and opened a frude case with this bnk and still they couldn't fix it or tell how and why this happened! I wouldn't recommend this bank for anyone.

Worst bank in AZ run away as fast as possible never do business with these low lifes

Completely incompetent customer service. The very worst after Bank of America.

I chose this credit union as we had just moved to the area and needed a local financial institution. Had to schedule an appointment due to COVID. I received constant text message reminders about my appointment, asking to confirm if I was still coming. I show up and was told there was a short wait. Ok, no real problem. Then after 15 minutes I’m told it will be another 15 minutes before they are ready to see me. Why schedule appointments if you can’t keep them? I pushed back on this a little and was seen within 5 minutes. I have only ever opened credit union accounts online in the past, so when asked for documents verifying my address I offered up a cable bill statement which was rejected. We have only been at our new address for a week so no other bills have arrived for other services. I was told I need to come back with other information verifying my address. They asked to reschedule but I just ended up cancelling the appointment. Time to look for a different credit union. *Note* I was able to open an account ONLINE with Desert Financial in 5 minutes.

Very poor customer service. I waited a while to see someone and the woman Toni was not helpful. She really didn't talk half the time. She just typed the whole time. Then after I gave her all my information not knowing that they had to do a credit check she informed me about it and then informed me it was a hard credit check. It would be nice to get informed about all these things before you're there for 2 hrs. Then when my score came back she very rudely pointed out that I had a collections. I then waited for my card and they told me I would get called when it was done and a lady that was helped after me received her card before me so I waited patiently and I finally asked this nice gentleman to check if my card was ready and sure enough it had be done and he handed it to me. I probably would have been waiting longer if I hadn't asked. Wont be coming back to this location. My brother reccomend this bank to me and told me that the lady who helped him offered him different options for his car or a credit car and other benefits and I was shocked because I wasn't told anything like that. Just really poor service.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life. In person bullying, discrimination, and then manually turning off features to my account as retaliation for my being an unsatisfied customer. Customer service is being notified and reports being made.

Visited this place on accident really, however i inquired about the bank and its service's and i was pleasantly surprised. I went the next day and closed my b.o.a. account and opened one here, hell they make my bank card RIGHT THERE and i walked out a happy client. As long as i make 10 transactions a month my account is free, super dope for me.😎👍

I have done business with this CU for awhile now, I have never been treated at any bank the way they treat you at this bank, no comparison. Its like your all in one big family, which is such a pleasure every time time you go in. Customer service is awesome, with almost no wait time and lastly, but not least, they don't "ding" you with a "fee" for every thing they can think of...;

Sorry just one star here. Some poorly trained personnel in this credit union. During one visit, one teller was busy on her phone texting, another had a "pissy" attitude with an elderly customer, and 4 other employees were standing around gossiping. I thought I was at Walmart. When it came to the issue in my account, no one knew what to do. I got frustrated (but never raised my voice), they got defensive, including the manager, and it went to their call center and ditto, same attitudes on the phone! But here's the kicker: they debited $3.00 EACH MONTH in my checking account and called it a "Membership Fee"!! I have since closed my account and deposited my money elsewhere!

ATM never works. Please get it fixed
