    I got three different stories on this payroll check deposited on June 14, 2022. I talked to customer service the next day and was told my check would clear at 6 am on Thursday, June 16 with one day hold. This morning was told there is now a 5 day hold due to this bank having high fraud. I have auto payments coming out of my checking accounts. Had I been told this on day 1, I could have canceled those payments. it is now too late to cancel them. my HR offered to validate the check but Darlene, Supervisor (refused to give me her ID# or last name). She also offered no solution or sympathy to my not having money or gas for 5 days w kids at home. This is why ppl are moving away from brick and mortar banks w fees and delays of cashing. I was better off going to the other bank and cashing it.

    NFCU is the best bank or credit union I have ever used. I completed an auto loan over the phone (may be 20 minutes or less) with them and was approved within an hour. They deposited the money into my savings account that day. They also set up the automatic withdrawals for me. Their customer service center ( 24/7) should be the standard for the banking industry!!! Great JOB all the time.

    Visited this nice location and the employees were Covid-19 conscience. You had to pretty much go inside sign in and wait inside your car until someone was available to assist you. The transaction was fast and friendly, the location was clean and plenty of parking spots available due to the large plaza.

    Opened account online, which was easy, simple process. The person sitting at the front was not friendly, nor was the teller said Good morning and got nothing but a look. The member service representative was professional. This is my second bank account. I may stick with my other account as the primary because they have excellent customer service. We will see what happens next time.

    I would give one representative I believe her name is Chelsea spoke to on 10/18/2019 @ around 5pm call center. If she would took the time out to check the notes and listen to what I was saying. I have been in contact with Navy reps since Sat 10/12 in added my husband to my account as a joint all reps was great until today. even though I had to explain the same questions and concerns to each rep each time. I receive a emessage from Navy to call them and I ask what is it about I was treated as if I called in about my husbands account and not mines and explaining to me that she cannot tell me what the credit union needs from my husband. remind you i submit all documents that they are requesting which is an ID and prove of address that I upload in the system. We live together so whatever you say to him I will know PERIOD. I have never had such BAD experience with a rep here before very disappointed. Especially credit unions get money from how many members joint and Im bringing business here whether I have $2 or $2 mil. If your tired of your job find another job or somewhere else in the company that is less people interaction or distrust for a few moments and come bad ill give the institution a 5 your interact with me a negative 0 if there is such a thing. I normally don't write reviews but she rub me the wrong way today. Normally in situation like this I would close my accounts.

    I rarely visit the branch since I complete most of my transactions online but the few times I have visited the branch I was taken care of. I also enjoy the great customer service I receive by phone when calling into the call center. I recently bought a new vehicle and I was given a great interest rate. I am very pleased with my experience at NFCU.

    The customer service at this branch is exceptional. I have a son with autism and they go above and beyond to accommodate our "challenging" times when those arise during a visit. Sumer is amazing - the best bank manager I've encountered. I don't ever want to go back to a large bank.
