The banker Seema was amazing . I give her 5 out of 5 , she definitely should be getting recognition. She knows her stuff really well and mentioned all the details of checking and saving acct. great customer service. No complaints at all. Thank you !!!!! The reason I’m giving 3 is because of short staffing and time. I was there from 11 am till 230 pm. The waiting time is absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t think it would 3 hours and now I’m late to pick up my kid . Also I was very surprised that this location does not use face shield for individual who are deaf/hard of hearing . American disability Act. I read lip really well and I was expecting staff at least have face shield for people with hearing difficulties. Also this location is very busy so bank should definitely have two tellers or 3 minimum at all times… this shouldn’t be surprise. It’s what expected in busy location I do understand encouraging customers using mobile and online services but remember it’s important to have staff available to assist customer when choosing not use those services .

Not only is this the only BoA in the area - they are under staffed. It makes no sense. I come here only to get cashiers checks (which they charge their customers for) and it always take more than 30 minutes. The people at this location are good. Do not bank with BoA.

Consistently bad customer service. Hour long wait to see a teller. Addressed long wait with manager and she could care less. Time to change to a different bank. They couldn’t be worse than B of A

They never have any tellers, is a business area and they can't take care of a local business, it seems like they are open only to open new accounts even when they have enough people capable to do the service they only focused on opening accounts

Second time at this location over the last month that I’ve had issues with a new teller. This time I was given incorrect change AFTER WRITING IT DOWN! Waited 45 minutes in line and didn’t have time to verify she counted correctly. Really Annoying and of course they are closed by the time I have an opportunity to count myself. I understand it’s covid but in the 30+ years banking with BOA I’ve never been given incorrect money. Not once. With so many closed locations, time changes, etc it really makes me question if I should be banking with Bank of America.

They have worst manager in the world most probably, i waited nearly 30 minutes for manager override!!!, just override, ten seconds… all staffs are so kind but they need to change manager…

Huge bank with no drive thru service and onlyn1 teller working. There’s about 12 other employees around but only 1 teller. Huge slow line!

Saturday we visited the bank of America to do wire transfer, and we were checked in to do wiretransfer. They told us it would take only 30 to 45 minutes waiting. We waited for two hours, and then when it was our turn, they told us they cannot wire the money because they need to speak with the attorney office to confirm the information which I had already call the attorney office on Friday to make sure the instructions are correct and to let the attorney know that I would be wiring the money on Saturday but bank of america do not care if you loose your closing day and your time. The bank of america kept insisting that they have to talk to the attorney office to confirm the information. I have wired money from Chase and never had this type of issue since I already had confirmed the wiring instruction. From the check in we told them we were going to be wiring money for a closing of house, why put us to wait two hours in line if they already knew that we were wiring money from the moment we checked in. They know that no attorney office is open on Saturday, they could simply told me that would not been able to help that day but instead they rather waist people time.

Went for wire transfer at 4.15 on week day. Center is open for 45 minutes and there are people to help, but they said i need to come back next day with appointment. Appointment booking took 15 minutes. By the time he tried to book appointment wire transfer can be completed. Very in efficient way of handling customers for simple wire transfer.

Horribly under staffed. Every other BOA in Alpharetta is closed and unfortunately I have to come here to pay rent. Really bad when you have to wait 40 min to deposit a check and there’s other workers standing around.
