This branch is packed and not enough service rep to help. 1 service box is empty and Manager and Assistant Manager office is empty. Maybe just got in the wrong day but Long wait for service. Annoyed waiting customer looks in the lobby.

I have been a client of Navy Federals for as long as I can remember, and this is the BEST branch by far. I have never had any issues with any of the branches I have visited, Navy Federal's customer service is unmatchable. Every employee that I have come in contact with has been personable, knowledgeable, quick and professional. Consider yourself lucky if you have the privilege to bank with Navy Federal Credit Union.

I visited this location to get some information on obtaining a business checking & savings account. i had no intention of signing up that day, but after speaking with Barb, the associate who worked with me - i had full confidence in banking with Navy Fed. Barb helped me the whole way and explained everything in clear detail for me - she even stayed after closing to help me open a personal checking and savings account. i left with no questions or concerns, and as a very happy customer.

Great staff that is accommodating and happy to help me with all my questions and requests. Navy Federal is so convenient and easy even my parents opened up a business account with them. My whole family banks with them. Highly recommend!!

I have been a long time member of Navy Federal, I love them and their service. This one is beautiful... it's new so it's extremely clean and fresh looking. Real people to talk to!! Unfortunately, there is not a drive thru option. But location is great, I do all my errands down one strip and I love that!! People were extremely nice and friendly.

Worst wait times for a bank that I've ever experienced. I've walked in with no one else here, simply to get a paper notarized, and the greeter at the front, standing there doing nothing, said it would be 45 minutes to an hour before someone could take 30 seconds to stamp my piece of paper. I recommend ANY OTHER bank in the area, unless you want to spend your entire day waiting for the employees in this business to get off their butts and serve you.

I have been with Navy Federal for the past 12 years. I love their customer service. Just moved to NOVA from California and I have never had bad service at this bank on Liberia in Manassas. I go in monthly for cashiers checks and use the ATM weekly.

Just run.... Run to another bank. There's 4 just in this area. I have had so many problems with Navy Federal. And clearly I'm not the only one having spoken with people on social media so just save yourself the headache. They just make up answers as to why they have messed up on their end. there's a Bank of America 2000 feet away, and a TD Bank less than that and next door to the TD Bank there is a Northwest Federal, and just a little farther than that there is a Capital One bank... pick any of those.
