Chis Smith was amazing to work with! He had excellent communication throughout the entire process and really had us making informed decisions. As first time home buyers this process could not have been easier due to the help from Chris. Worked with Chris at Nations- experience was great! Chris was personable, but got to business quickly- The company software is extremely user friendly, and clearly laid out. Chris was able to beat the competitors rates, AND smash their costs/fee's, which seem overlooked sometimes. Nations is also looped in to many employers and the fed, reducing the ppwk needed to close to almost nothing (at least in my case). Chris was a referral from my agent, and after some frustrating back and forth with another national lender, which was overly sales-ey, I called Chris, and after a 20 initial minute call, I had a return call that same afternoon with better rates and expenses. 10/10- if your wondering weather or not to give him a call, just do it.

Chris and Samantha were extremely Professional and made the whole process not only easy for Me but also took away the concerns of buying a house with a mortgage. I would definitely use Them again and recommend giving Them a call before You go mortgage shopping especially with today’s fluctuations in the Mortgage Industry.
