If your all about the people you should help those people. Not give fee after fee and explanation and paperwork makes no sense! People are rude and talk down to you. SAVE your money and find another bank!

I've been a long time account holder with this bank and I've learned that they don't give a **** about you and will leave you high and dry when you need an essential service from them. My card was used for fraud and after a 1 hour phone call with them they disable my card. I go in person on a Saturday to get a new card printed like I've done before and they tell me that has to wait until Monday because "the card person" isn't in today. Why fully staff a bank on the weekend and not have one person who knows how to operate the card machine? This is just one instance out of several that doesn't make any sense from them.

Possibly the best banking experience I've ever had. They have the nicest tellers and staff I've ever seen, who always seem to remember your name and genuinely care. I feel all of their policies are completely customer oriented with absolutely no greediness you normally seen from financial institutions. Not to mention credit unions have natural values you don't see from banks.

The blonde lady at the front desk has been rude for years. Why would you have that as the face of your bank? I will be looking into closing my accounts. I'm tired of her being like that every time I walk in there. She really needs to change her tone with people. She also looks mean.

This is a shared branch with my credit union. I went here a few times and the employees treated me like a hassle and the place has a sterile and unwelcoming feeling. I went to River Valley up the street and they are much more friendly and welcoming - I won't be back here.

This credit union gave off a racist vibe from the moment I entered the door, the lady at the front desk gave me a look as if why are you here. Christine, A CSR/Account Rep gave off a even bigger racist vibe once in her office, no verbal interaction except what type of account did I want to open and ID. No type of greeting me, No do I currently bank with someone else, no what’s my reasoning for wanting to switch, no explaining of the different types of accounts they offer, no conversation what so ever I felt super awkward and was clear she really didn’t want to give me any type of service. Wouldn’t recommend joining here if you aren’t the same color(white)of everyone working there!

Decent option for a loan, especially if you are working on a home renovation, as rates tend to be lower. Overall, I don't really have a banking relationship here as I only come in monthly to pay down the loan. I will say that I've had a few negative customer service experiences here over the phone (in both cases, there was a hint of impatience in the voice, as if they were being bothered).

I was notified of a suspicious charge and they disabled my card and sent me a new one with no hassle and no money was stolen from me. Thank you mid USA!!

I have been away at school 4 hours away and unemployed and was not told that if I dont interact with my savings account they would charge inactive fees. I went from 45 dollars to 5 dollars. Prior knowledge would've been great. I now have to change banks to something closer to school.
