    I never seen a terrible customer service as this one. I got cash from the ATM machine at this location, of several hundred dollars, when I went inside to switch small bills to bigger ones, they refused to do so even though the money from their own ATM machine, stating that am not a member of their branch. Never had this happen before. It is not the name of the bank they should of changed from RBCU to MyCredit Union; rather they should of changed the terrible customer service and incompetent people who work their or they really don’t want to work. I don’t think this bank will last very long either with this kind of terrible and incompetent customer services. I been in this neighborhood for over 25 years and I know a bad business when I see one. They should find a good people with good attitude and good customer service.

    Had a outstanding experience at the Lyndale location. Jasmin R. The branch manager helped address my concerns with upmost care. She also helped me feel at ease after going through a horrible experience at another branch. All staff there were friendly and I will forever be a customer! Kudos to Jasmin!!

    Terrible Customer Service, unprofessional and reverse discrimination. 5 people waiting in line, only one teller helping customers while the manager (Black female) chatting with the other African female teller, about Halloween weekend.. They don't seem to care or want to work,. Just waiting for their pay checks.

    Cust for over 10 years, both business and personal. So disappointed in the lack of service in the past year, They rarely return calls, takes multiple appointments to get anything done, 2 months on a simple refinance. 10 years ago they gave great service, looking for a new credit union that will return my calls.

    Applied for a loan and the woman said she'd get back to me in about a half hour. Didn't hear anything back. 4 hours later I called back and went to voice-mail. I left a message. Still did not hear back or get a phone call, but I did get an email. Tried calling again, straight to voice mail. I asked to talk to a manager, but she was out of the office so I asked to talk to another manager. I was told he'd call me back in about 15 to 20 minutes. The manager never called me back and to boot he left for the day! The Service at this company is horrible and wouldn't recommend them at all! The level of Service is horrible and they act like they really don't care about their customers! If this is how they treat new business and other customers, they won't be in business long. Very bad look!

    Do yourself a favor and trust me, don't go to RBCU! I recently visited RBCU for the first time ever yesterday while making my rounds at local credit unions shopping for pre-approved auto financing to see what kind of deals or incentives they might be able to offer. I have mostly been a lifelong resident of Bloomington but I had no idea what a terrible bank RBCU is until I visited one. I had to wait for OVER AND HOUR just to ask a few simple questions that would not have even taken five minutes with a loan officer. I tried to make it clear I was not there to apply but simply was shopping around and had a few questions. I did not appreciate the way I was treated there and made to wait for so ridiculously long. I didn't have any appointment at the other banks I visited and yet I was treated well and in and out of them in 5 minutes or less!!! Quite a contrast with RBCU. Towards the end of my super long wait one of the teller ladies asked for my ID which I thought was strange. Why would the loan officer I have not even got to see yet need to see my ID? I'm not making a large cash withdraw or buying alcohol. But anyway I decided to play along because at this point my curiosity was going, to see where this would go. The loan officer comes over and talks to me in the waiting area, but her overall demeanor and attitude pretty much said "what do you want!?" and at that point I was so irritated with being made to wait so long I could hardly think straight and proceed through all my questions. I wanted a short meeting with a loan officer, meaning at their desk, and I really never got that! I did not feel like I was treated as a valued customer. Whether I am a member or not is irrelevant because anyone is a potential member and after an experience like this why would I want to become one at RBCU? I will never be doing business with RBCU in my life. I would also like to add it was my impression the people working there did not seem very competent. I normally don't write many reviews but this experience bothers me so much that is the first thing I was thinking of doing after I left. I am actually thinking of visiting other RBCU locations to see if I have a similar or better experience as an experiment.

    I really wanted to have an account at RCBU, it's in my neighborhood, people seemed friendly...boy, what a mistake! I opened my account with cash on June 6 and was told I would receive my debit card and checks in a week. Stopped in to make another deposit on the 16th and was told it would be another week to ten days. Stopped in today, the 20th and was told it just got processed. And it would be another 7 to 10 days. What century do we live in?? How can it possible take that long when other banks can give you a temp debit card same day??? Of course there's no apology only excuses about how they never do anything wrong. NEVER again...don't waste your time and energy here, total incompetence.

    Great employees, great service, typically. They don't have teller counters like you see at a typical bank, they try to be alot more personable with their bank design. Tellers are always very nice and helpful. Most of the loan officers are very good, but a couple can be far too "by the book" and not try to work on your behalf and put their best interests before yours.

    Overall good experiences with the bank. I just don't know why it is so slow. They have lots of staff on hand - but it seems they can only do one transaction at a time either walking in or using the drive through

    I live 50 mins away, I called in advance to make sure I could pay my loan off with my Visa. They said that would be okay. I get all the way there to only need a cash advance. Don’t have time to run to the bank and get one. Awful service, the lady had no clue what she was talking about. Will be getting a loan through someone else next time
