I Really Hate!! How they have changed the Drive thru service, there is Only video monitors, So this "Limits!" The Transactions that can be performed in the Drive thru! For Example: Before you could purchase a Cashier's check or Money Order thru the Drive-thru, Now I would have to go inside! So I guess they didn't consider the Elderly or Disable member's when they made these change Last year!

I had the absolute best customer service experience today at this location. I came in requesting info about becoming a member and an auto loan request. Phillip worked with me to open an account, go through the auto loan process and also helped educate me on how to continue improving my credit. I was able to open an account, get approved for the loan at a great rate and start a credit card with them with a lot of guidance from Phillip how to best utilize the card to help improve my credit score moving forward. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything. He was genuinely looking at me individually and what options I would benefit from. I just want to give Phillip a huge shout out for not only being great at what he does but for being so kind, personable and helpful. I would give more stars if I could.

Not sure why I continue to bank here... I guess the usual experience isn’t awful. I wasn’t greeted and told anything like “we’ll be with you soon”.... now I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 9 minutes without service. I’d be a lot happier if they’d even addressed their customers once and awhile. Poor poor service guys.

Usually pretty quick and friendly staff. Overall banking experience with loans etc. has been pain free. They offer you the best options that cater to your needs and interests. They cover everything will you either in store or over the phone.

I have been a loyal member to the credit union for over 20 years. They are extremely difficult to deal with now, though they were not like this before. They don’t work hard to try to land to their members, but instead they do everything they possibly can to figure out a way to deny you loan options. Their member services representatives are incompetent, take an extreme amount of time to answer the phone, put you on the phone for a loan application, and then make you wait for about 45 minutes while multiple people review alone only to then lecture you about your credit profile. They have absolutely no vested interest in making sure that their members consistently succeed and are able to reap some of the rewards of what the credit union earns on the backs of the members. In the past I steered everybody I knew to this credit union, because I truly thought they were top shelf and the best. They are now among the worst and I will be moving all of my accounts away from this credit union. I warn anyone who is interested in being a member of this credit union to truly think twice about your options. There has got to be a more member Center credit union out there.

Persistent years long issues. Rejected deposits, long hold/wait times, canned answers that customer service reps repeat redundantly that answer zero questions, etc. Save yourself the headache and do your banking elsewhere.

This location has been great up until covid-19, and since then I've had nothing but long Waits. Today I'm sitting in line for 25 minutes. I've been behind this one truck for about 15.

Surprisingly rude teller, who after condisendingly tells me $2500 is "a lot of money" so there will be a 3 day hold on it. Which is fine if that's policy, sure. The whole interaction was offputting, he seemed annoyed that I wasn't familiar with all the ins and outs of the rules. He then deposits it in the wrong account. Jolly Road is the only location I've had consistently poor customer service.
