Mountain America Credit Union N 500 W, Provo

I bank at this branch and am a little baffled by what just happened. I called in to get some advice, pressed 3 as directed and it just rang with no answer for 2.5 minutes. I wait a few minutes and call back... This time there is an answer... The receiver jostles a little...And then Click they hung up on me!! I used to think of them as a friendly community centric CU. not so sure I was right anymore.

Super slow service. We waited over an hour to be helped. Found out that we had caught them at some lunch cycle at 3 in the afternoon, which seems unlikely and weird since the banks close at 5 and 6. Also it's no excuse, you need to have enough people on hand during lunch breaks to cover customer service.

The lobby isn't open on a Saturday, which I don't know why since the orem branch is packed and super busy every Saturday that me and my wife try going in. It would be nice if they had at least one person to help customers rather than just have the drive thru open.

I have been banking at Mountain America CU for 20+ years. The Provo branch is my favorite location for many good reasons, they are friendly, professional and always helpful.

Jasen was an absolute delight to work with when I was applying for a loan! He seemed to genuinely care that I get the loan I needed, and was bright and cheerful from beginning to end!

A few months ago we came into help my son get a car loan for my son. Jason was very helpful with working with us getting the paperwork from the St.Grorge office.

MACU the best ! I'm 10 years with my favorite bank !! I had the best experience ever!!

It says the inside hours are the same as the drive-through hours which are until 2 PM on Saturdays. Although, it’s not open until then. They need to fix the hours, be aware.
