Melanie Frederick of Motto Mortgage in Tiffin Ohio was very professional and helpful when I wanted to refinance my mortgage. She gave me options, quickly and accurately answered my questions, and gave me great options to choose from. Melanie was patient and understanding when I was frustrated with the VA. She then arranged a conventional loan under better terms than I would have received with the VA. The process was simple, and the Document Portal was easy to use. Melanie kept informed of any changes, additional information needed, and worked with the mortgage company to get me the mortgage which exceeded my target amount of monthly savings. I was never out-of-the-loop, and there were no surprises. Closing was simple too, and only took a half hour. Ms. Frederick is highly recommended for those who wish to obtain a mortgage or to refinance.

Melanie was extremely helpful in making reverse mortgages make sense to me. It is something I have considered for a long time but haven’t been able to get a clear understanding of how they work.
