This was an out of state purchase of a limited edition vehicle. Morrie's charged a fair price, did not add a host of hidden fees, and arranged interstate transportation for me. There was a small glitch with paperwork along the way, and they acted in a responsible and timely manner to help iron out the problem. I would be happy to give details on the challenges of an out of state purchase, and how Morrie's helped navigate them, to any interested party. I would recommend their dealership without hesitation.

I've been into the service department twice now after buying a 2008 Mazda3 three months ago. From sales to service department everything about Morrie's has been great. The first time I went in for service it was just a quick in-and-out bulb replacement (covered by the "buy happy" program: covers bulbs, breaks, oil changes and a few other things). This second time was because dashboard lights came on and the manual said FIX IMEDIATELY. Jason George the service advisor let me know what to expect from price to work time. I also met Trevor the service tech who was very professional and knowledgeable in talking to me about the problem I experienced. Turns out it was mostly user error (I need to drive nicer) and the bill came out to be less than expected. Buying from Morrie's and using their service department has been a great experience.

Fantastic experience! Very knowledgeable staff. I was able to find the vehicle I was looking for and had great service. They went above and beyond with details like setting my radio stations, running my GPS, and all the settings to make my new vehicle fit me. I would recommend Mike Ondracek and the rest of the staff to anyone.

I would recommend Lester Hall, Consultant, to any potential car buyer. The experience we had this morning was better than we could have ever anticipated. We went in with high anxiety, not knowing what to expect, being our first time buying new, and Lester made it easy and comfortable for the both of us. Morries's is not only a very fair and friendly dealership they are significantly more efficient than other dealers from a customer experience on the sales and service side of their business. I purchased car from them a year ago and I am in process of buying another one for my wife. It is safe to say I will not buy another car from any other dealership going forward. "Hats off" to Morrie's staff and executive team for formulating an auto dealership experience for the consumer; exemplifying fantastic sales and customer service!!! I'm giving them 3 stars, but only because of the staff, not because of the car. Let me explain... Everyone I talked to at Morrie's was helpful, especially (you guessed it) before the sale. The car is an absolute joy to drive - my first Mazda - and it's fast and handles effortlessly. How, Mazda, in 2017, would STILL not have Android Auto is incredibly unthinkable to me. That's a major strike. There's no compass, anywhere, on the instrumentation. Every car I've owned since 2004 has had a freaking compass! Strike two. No CD player! In an upgraded sound system - the best for this model - I cannot play a CD. The Mazda infotainment center, with its lack of Android Auto currently makes the task of playing a large library of music anything but easy. I had to research the issue on my own to find a workable (though kludgey) solution That's strike three. The app, "MyMazda", recommended by the staff went even run on a Galaxy S7 with Nougat - almost one year after the phone AND the car hit he market - not even the newest (from July 2017) version. Incredible. That's strike four. On none of the issues above, could Morrie's be of assistance. Yes, they're all Mazda engineering issues, but no help, no suggestions. I felt pretty much on my own from the first week. None of the issues are resolved, and I don't expect them to be any time soon.

I recently bought a Mazda 3 at Morrie's, and can't say enough great things about the entire experience! I searched around the Twin Cities a bit, and the customer service at Morries was top-notch compared to the other places that I looked at. Chad Hopponen was fantastic to work with...knowledgable, patient, didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need/want, and made the entire process easy and fun. I love my new 3 (which is no surprise, since I've driven Mazdas since the day I got my license and have had a great experience with all of them)! I look forward to working with Morrie's again in the future!

After test diving 5 other similar size midsize SUV's I decided to try the Mazda CX-5. My salesmen, Benjamin & Barb, were extremely educated not only in my car of interest, but they knew all the stats and safely features on the 5 other vehicles I test drove, as well. Every question I had fell like perfectly placed dominos, and at the if it all was a price I could not help but smile! Which is still on my face this very moment. Hands down... best dealership experience I've had!

Nice facility, friendly staff, but fairly high prices and they push repairs before they are actually needed. Be sure to follow the manufacturer recommended maintenance policy unless they provide strong evidence to stray from that. e.g. getting a synthetic oil change every 5k miles instead of 7.5k miles or getting spark plugs replaced at 60k miles instead of 75k miles

We were greeted by a sales representative right away. He let us lead the conversation about what we were looking for. He gave us time to explore The car we came in to look for and showed us a couple other options that might also meet our needs. Our sales person accompanied us on our test drive and made himself available for questions without being pushy or overly assertive. My wife and I were apprehensive about this major life vision of buying a new car and he encouraged us to drive a couple other vehicle option and really see how we felt behind the wheel. He let us know he was available for questions and let us walk out the door with all the information available and no pressure to make a rash decision. After talking about it for just a short time, we decided to return the very next day and make our purchase. Morrie's made our first new car purchase a painless low anxiety experience. When we need to replace our other car in about five years, we will certainly go back.
