Beautiful place, awesome atmosphere! The customer lounge was so cool, I had to force myself to leave when the car was done, much earlier than originally told. 2 things - not every customer knows the car will get basic maintenance... Was strange that the receipt said "as customer requested," though I didn't mind it. And they didn't communicate with each other well enough to put the manufacturer default keyless entry number on the receipt, which is why I came in first place. I called and got it later. All in all, good visit. Wanna go back soon.

I was very impressed with Lance's customer service and knowledge of the Ford lineup and ended up with a new Escape that I enjoy driving a lot and has everything I was looking for in a vehicle and at an excellent price!

The buying experience was great. It was fast straight forward and simple. I worked with John Parker and he was awesome! Mo Sheik in finance also did a great job.

I scheduled my oil change and recall repair for June 21st online via their website around the beginning of June. When I arrived onsite on June 21st and pulled my vehicle into the garage, a service technician, did not give his name, but asked the reason for my visit. I advised I had an appointment scheduled at 10:30am for Oil and the Recall on my Ford Mustang. He checked some paperwork and said he did not have my name or an appointment listed. I pulled up the email confirmation and provided him the technicians name listed, Ron. He took me inside and brought me to that technician. The technician did not greet me or acknowledge me. Just looked at his monitor and then opened his drawer to grab some papers. He stepped away from his desk and came back with paperwork for me to sign. He made a comment that the recall parts may not be available because they need to be ordered ahead of time. I advised him I scheduled the appointment over two weeks ago and indicated the purpose was the two recall repairs. He said he would have to check with the mechanic. When Ron came to get me to check out, he did not greet me again, all he said was my car was done and the mechanic sent me an email with a short video. I did not receive this video. He said they found the parts to do the two recalls on my car. He had a woman standing at his desk, who I assumed he was servicing but he ignored her, she was forced to step aside (she made a comment “I thought I was next but guess not”) so the technician could run my credit card. I signed the receipt and he made no further remarks other than he thought my car was outside, so I took my keys and left. You pay a higher premium for Morries to perform maintenance on your vehicle and therefore I expect a certain level of service. The combination of the disorganization of the entire service team, including not being aware of an online scheduled appointment and preparing for that appointment coupled with the lack of customer care, demonstrates to me that Morries no longer abides by the 'Buy Happy' - customer first core value.

I went here looking to buy a truck. The prices were pretty good... though like any Morrie's dealership they try and low-ball you for your trade-in. I had the same experience and just took it at Morrie's Mazda. Basically, they offer you about 20% less then your vehicle is worth and say they are doing you a favor. I went to a different dealer for this vehicle and they gave me the extra 20% for the trade-in and a better price on the new truck. I don't know why I even went to this dealership thinking they would be different then the Mazda one... definitely not following through on the buy happy promise.

If you have children, this is the worst dealer to take your car to for service. Be prepared for a TV that doesn't work and toys that look like leftovers from a church rummage sale. If you tell the technicians, you'll hear "This was just working - we'll get it fixed right away." Don't be fooled. The children's area has been busted since 2015.

We had an amazing car buying experience at Morries! The salesman, Ray Bowling, was excellent to work with. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for purchasing a vehicle! His genuine attitude really sealed the deal for us.

I worked with Jon Diethelm and was a phenomenal salesman to work with. Found me the perfect truck! Very satisfied.

I’ve leased three cars with Morrie’s Ford and I’d recommend them to anyone. They’re informative and helpful and never once have I felt pressured into a sale. They’re conscientious and respectful of my budget concerns and don’t try to get me into a contract I can’t afford. I worked with Curtis Hughes for my first 2 leases and with Cathy for this last one and they’re both pleasant, helpful and respectful. I told Cathy about how I had a bankruptcy recently and that’s embarrassing, it’s not something I like to share but you have to let them know things that could affect the application process and she made me feel like it was ok and I didn’t feel judged at all for it. I was concerned about the transmission problems the Fiesta and Focus have had but those are the cars available in my price range and she assured me the problem with that has been solved and I do feel confident she wasn’t just saying something she wasn’t sure of to make the sale.

Loved working with Morrie's for my used car purchase (specifically Luke Hoffman)! They were helpful, had my car delivered to me (in Western Wisconsin) and have various locations to visit!
