I had such a great experience at this place! The ladies were very professional and knowledgeable and made me feel very much at ease. AWESOME customer service! I will definitely tell others about Money Matters!!

Usually, I am very shy but when you visit this office these ladies make you talk and laugh. I only pay bills in there but if I'm ever in the need for a pay day loan or title -this is the ONLY place I will visit-well at least if these two nice ladies are still there. Five stars all the way.

Give my girls, Sherrond and Keitha a raise. These ladies are professional-yet they take on the role of counselor, therapist, family member, and most of all comedians. There is truly NEVER a dull moment with this ladies. Awesome pair. Also, they provide EXCELLENT customer service.

I rate y'all a one because the lady told me all I needed was to bring my vehicle down so she could take pictures of it. And then when I got back with my vehicle. She told me I needed a photo ID of me which no one has those any more and Something telling her a prove where I live. But she never told me that nither. All she said was to bring my vehicle. So she could take pictures of it. I'm very mad and I will not go back down there every Again. I've been there before but it's been ten years. I didn't remember all of that. But I'm very upset. And I'm going to tell other people about y'all too. But they need to tell people everything up front what they need.

this location is so convenient -my wife have a title loan here and I make the payment-but each and every time I entered the office-these ladies make me feel like family-greets me by name and always friendly. I'll give them 10 stars if I could.
