Money Matters Pawn Shop W Frederick St, Gaffney

My go to pawn shop over the other one we have. Although i do have business with them but i prefer Money Matters though. The gentlemen are always nice when i come in and its always a smooth and simple process. Never have i had an issue with them and i hope it never comes to that point either.

These people will lie about the value, give you waaaaaaay less than your stuff is worth, and in my case, they "sold" my guitar before my due date was up. Went to pick up a valuable Fender Jagstang on the last day to pay, he said he already sold it! Only gave me $70 bucks to pawn it and then SOLD it! How is that legal? $70 bucks. For a Jagstang. Beware folks!!

The owner....(who specifically told me he was the owner)hung the phone up on me while I was asking if he had interest in an item, an which he didn't the 1st one ,but before I could ask about my other he hung up. No bye. Thank you ma'am. Just "click" right in the middle of me speaking. I called him back to let him know I would be reviewing his customer service......in store service attitude is even worse💁

Great place. Never have trouble finding what I need at a great price! :-) Maybe if people don't bring in junk, they wouldn't get junk prices. Ijs. They have been in business for a long time, so they must be doing something right. :-)

This place absolutely is the worst place i have ever been too I asked to see a chain for my girl friend and he acted like my money was not good enough and was absolutely rood I do no recommend this place by no means God bless them there and God bless you all.

There is a lot of junk for sale that's overpriced. They give you the same amount of money no matter if you are selling or pawning, which doesn't make sense to me. If you are needing to pawn something, go somewhere else you'll definitely get more money for it than you will here.

These guys are all too greedy. I can see offering 1/2 price for what you have to sell to them,after all they are a business trying to make a profit, but they only offered me 1/4 of the value of what my merchandise was worth. I will not go back there again.

This is the sorriest pawn shop thay will break your stuff and not let you know till you come to pick it back up

this guy is a joke I brought in a $700 TV that was less than a year old led the top-of-the-line 1080p this guy offered me 60 bucks are you serious all good thoughwent up the road to another pawn shop owners name is Winfred he gave me double what these guys offered and he didn't act like he was better than anybody these guys act like their s*** doesn't stink and they know nothing of guns

These guys are the friendliest pawn shop I've ever dealt with. Real good selection, prices are nice.
