I've been with Mission Fed for 13 years now and I love them, but I'm very annoyed with the mortgage side. The last 2+ years they've been sending notices to the wrong address and I keep trying to correct it, but they still keep sending to the wrong address. It's about my insurance. This year I decide to be proactive and update my insurance even though I haven't received the notice, but without the notice, I don't have a reference ID. I go through the steps to update and there's enough information to update my account. They are now charging me for forced hazard insurance even though I've already sent them the documents. I'm so annoyed. They used to be good, but not so much anymore.

The place is being remodeled, but does not look bad. Many ceiling tiles are missing, but that's okay. A person that worked at a cube/desk saw that the line was pretty long, so he decided to start helping us. I was next in line so I sat with him. I was able to withdraw cash from him. He had to go get it from the teller side, but it still saved me time waiting for the only teller working the counter to be available.

Hyper sensitive fraud detection on the debit card. If it gets flagged you spend two hours on the phone on hold to get security to clear it. This happened last year at this time when I was traveling, thank goodness I had enough cash with me. I'm ok with Fraud detection but you should have access to your money in a timely manner. The only way to get it released is to call, there is no option to use an app or go online to clear the suspected transactions. Also, they ask you twenty questions with two different agents. Mission FCU outsources these services, so they do not have much control, but they need to have a service level agreement with their card vendors. I am venting during the 20 minutes I have been on hold so far to get my debit card working again.

I actually had a very good experience here , Tina helped me refinance my vehicle. She was very polite and patient, which is very much appreciated.

They don’t meet their appointments, they’re disrespectful and have very poor communication with their customers.

This location closes before posted closing time. Waste of my time!!doors were shut at 4:40 pm on a Tues. No sign posted other than open till 5pm

Small location but the employees are friendly. Every time I went there was a small line.
