Every time I come in to this location I make sure I come in with patience and time, because the amount of people waiting for a teller is horrible. It is extremely frustrating. I have tried coming in at different hours of the day but the location is always busy, and with one or two tellers working at a time. The customer service is not great either. I let an elderly woman have my spot in line, because she was disabled. The greeter stated she was unable to help her to use a teller. It was not acceptable. The waiting was ridiculous as always, and this elderly lady could barely walk. I have tried using the ATM's and it always I mean ALWAYS never deposits the correct amount. I cant trust the ATM either to perform a transaction the correct way. I have to always call and dispute it over the phone. I am very unhappy with Bank of America. They have not addressed any of the issues.

Worst customer service of BOFA. This place remains busy everyday with only two teller working and the nearby branches are already closed. From my location this is the near branch and the other branches in Poway and Carmel are close so everyone comes to this branch for transaction. They really need to increase number of employees at this branch. BOFA used to be my favorite bank for banking purpose but not anymore due to less open branches and long waiting queues. There are reviews posted by other customers related to this problem still they are not increasing the number of employees. Poor customer services. Chase is providing more better service than them.

I went there to withdraw more than $10,000. The young lady with long blond hair yelled at me "next time you withdraw more than 10,000 you have to let us know ok?". Not only that, when she asked how do I want the money, which mean the kind of bills. Because of my English, I didn't understand what she asked, she asked again with very rude voice, with more details this time and I understood, then she said " Oh my God". I can't believe they have an employee like that. I was so upset. I should have asked her name. I tried to call to complain but I couldn't reach to anyone, so I write it here. I'm considering moving my money to another bank if they don't apologize.

Terrible bank center, One person on counter, 15 people in the line. Morning afternoon evening everyday it’s the same. Does Bank of America thinks they are so big that know one ever takes any action for this centre. It’s a slap on every customers face that everyone sees it, people talk bad about in the line and tells their staff but still no action. I am seeing it for last 1.5 yrs or so, nothing changed.

Like others said, this is the worst BoA in planet earth. The agents are not amicable too because they are likely overworked. It almost looks like a badly run franchise in this location. Expect long unwanted delays if you come here

** 2 drive up ATMs **, 2 Walk up ATMs and 1 more in the branch. No more teller assisted ATMs.

This bank sucks! Always long lines and one teller 2 max working. With the amount of money these banks make you would assume they could staff properly. I'm glad I don't bank with BOA but unfortunately every two weeks I come by to make deposits to some contractors I work with.

I feel robbed. I went to withdraw $2600 today at this place and because i did it multiple times before and always got the right amount, i was never suspicious of the tellers as they always look familiar to me, except for the teller that helped me out today. At one point when counting my money, i thought he miscounted, but trusted his counting machine when he used it again to count. I walked back to my car and about to take off, but something told me i should recount, and it was $100 short. I spent 15 mins counting over and over again, and also looked for any bill that i may have dropped in the car but that is impossible since i put all the money into the envelope before leaving the building. I went back and they recounted the teller's drawers but then said there was nothing that they can do because i left the building, that i should have counted when i was in the building. They didn't even bother checking the cameras or the teller in the case he might have pocketed the $100 bill, maybe the amount was not significant enough to cast doubts on the teller? I felt angry at myself for trusting someone so much that i forgot my own safety measures. That is a $100 lesson to learn, always count your money when you withdraw, doesn't matter how long it takes, make sure you receive the right amount while still inside the building.
