Great bank. They’ve always been very friendly and helpful. I do most of my banking online now, but Frank and Cameron still recognize me when I come into the lobby.

Well, this isn't a big deal but I since I Iive nearby and needed to make some change, I dropped into this bank to do so as I've done in the past. This time, when I walked into the lobby it was completely empty, save for two male employees standing in front of the counter. They stopped their conversation and It felt like they were staring daggers at me while I walked up. I was told their new policy is not to make change for non-account-holders... maybe too many people needing quarters for laundry are making their employees have to work too hard? In any case -- not friendly and not a good impression :-(

I thought I would surprise my nephew by bringing him quarters for his laundry. However, to my surprise I was rudely informed that the bank could not take my cash in exchange for quarters. The employee was very snide and even told me no other bank would do that either if I wasn’t an account holder of the bank. I went to US Bank down the street where they greeted with me with smiles and got quarters there no problem. My nephew’s clothes have never been cleaner thanks to US Bank.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! I’ve never been treated so well at a bank! They know my name when I walk in! Small town feel in a big city! So glad to not have to deal with Wells Fargo or US Bank and their “policy manuals”!

Terrible customer service. The woman in the drive thru I believe her name was Jean. She was an older woman with short white hair and glasses. I had to make a withdrawal of cash and my husband needed to deposit cash. Jean hands us the sheets and says “you know you can just do this online” in a very unprofessional manner. In fact, we could NOT have done this online because we were dealing with cash. She took quite a long time and kept a frown on the whole time.

Great bank, exceptional service. I went in there for a loan and the bankers blew me away with their knowledge and courteous service. I switched all of my accounts over. I can not believe we had such a good bank in the city. Highly Recommend.

Midwest Bank is a terrible bank and workers there are terrible. They closed my account without giving me any reason. There is this teller, his name is Kyle, he gave me a hard time for no apparent reason, I went ahead and closed the account- since they gave me no reason and said we have the right to close your account- the only explanation I could come up with is he (Kyle) have something personal against me, may be he (Kyle) is a racist. It used to be called Central Bank and it was good back then and workers were good. Now, all the good workers left, leaving with incompetent managers and workers. I would give it a zero star but there is no way to do that. BOYCOTT THIS BANK AND DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BANK.

I’m surprised to see the comments with complaints about the customer service. My spouse and I have accounts there and went into this location about four/five times in the past year. The staff was always really nice and warm. Fast service too as there’s usually not many people inside. Aside from that, we don’t pay excessive fees so really enjoy banking there.
