    Became a member a little over 2 years ago. They provide great service and have been approved for two auto loans with low interest. Fast deposits unlike my other Credit Union takes 2-3 business days to make funds available when ATM deposits are made. Also love the fact they make my check available a day before my actual payday I get paid Tuesdays at work and funds are available Monday by 8 am. I have recommended this place to many co-workers for auto loans and highly recommend anyone to try them out.

    This credit union has the WORST customer service ever, on the phone. Everyone in the bank is very friendly and helpful but on serval occasions taking care of a simple payment over the phone or if you have a question be prepared for incompetence and poor communication. On several occasions I’ve had rude reps. The phone calls that I have received from Deer Valley Credit Union blow my mind. I’ve asked for a manager and was told one would call me back and I’m still waiting....2 months later. Still nothing.

    I've been a member since 2015 and at a time when I needed help the most I could not depend on my CU. I will never go to them for anything but banking and that's it. I've had several problems with them so I will be changing CU soon.

    Deer Valley Credit union is by far the best bank I've ever dealt with. I have been a member with them for 15 years.. They always treat me well. They know me by name, and they have done things for me to help me out in a financial pinch, that no big bank would ever do.. I can honestly say that they really care about there members. I would highly recommend DVCU to anyone looking for any banking needs..

    Best credit union ever ! I don’t even live in Arizona any longer but still use them as my main financial institution. Remote banking is very easy and convenient via the app oh and pay day is always one day earlier . Lastly you can always find a free atm to use yes free at no charge nationwide

    Apparently they merged whereas I thought it was a rebranding. Customer service has gone down the drain and the practices now seem predatory. For example, I'm being charged $2 for paper statements I don't want and can't turn off in my online portal. The site barely functions. I was also charged late fees when they failed to notify me that external account transfers would be suspended upon moving to the new site. I'll be looking at refinancing my vehicle elsewhere.

    I have been trying to close my account after paying off my auto loan and have gotten nothing but the run around from their customer service. This has gone on for 2 weeks now and I have provided everything that has been requested. I will never have another account or loan with this institution.

    Terrible customer service. You can't access your statements online. They don't ever answer their contact number. Always closed. Always on vacation. No service at all, when they are not open. No updates on incoming funds. DO NOT open an account with this credit union. I don't even think they have a live person working at this place. Even the review responses are a computer generated response.
