If you don't wanna deal with attitudes and employees mad how much is in your account please go elsewhere. I lost 15k due to an hateful employee at this branch

Super Sad need to close the branch down today. Two tellers at 3pm. The line wraped to the front door, they have no regards to their customers time. Ridiculous. Wait in line for a hour to give them my money. Sad how business do their Detroit

Atm takes too long to Deposit/ withdrawal like 20mins 🙄

The facility on Wyoming and 7 mile is always clean and we love the employees. But they have lots of unassisted seniors coming thru that parking lot. They need security outside as well as inside. The crime happens outside. Please handle this.

They are pretty good depending on the person servicing you. I went in on 12-26 to deposit a check and I was told that it would take only 3 days for it to clear and then when I looked at my receipt, I found out the teller... she lied to me. It's on hold for a week. Seriously!🤔 I should have taken it to my other bank... much faster. Other than dealing with the possibility of getting a staff that lies or just don't know anything... they always have great service.

This bank is terrible they charge you with all kinds of fees they will charge you a nsf fee really quick they like to take money from your account before your money post I’m on a schedule bill pay ever two weeks for over a year with my car note all of a sudden they want to take the money today when it supposed to be tomorrow then the call back system is a joke that never happens and this is not the 1st time this has happened with them this year with me will be leaving Michigan First

I don't go to the Wyoming branch, they need to expand that parking lot for one thing. Second, they are very slow there. I prefer to go all the way across town to the Gratiot and East 8 mile branch. They're very courteous, professional, and know what they're talking about.
Hi Denise, thank you for your review. Please call 800.664.3828 so our team can better understand the issue and work towards a resolution. We appreciate your loyal membership. Thank you!

I've had a steady deposit with this CU for four year. PEOPLE, why are we giving them our money when they deny to extend credit to us? Go to a different CU. I am closing my acct after work on Tuesday and going with another. Not good service to me. I'm a member right, never requested a loan and you couldnt or were unwilling to counter offer an amount.. I dont feel like a member. So I'll go somewhere else with my business. From my experience I suggest you do the same
I'm sorry to hear that you had this experience. Our lending department would like to chat with you to see what the issue is and if we can resolve this. Please give them a call at 800.664.3828 ext. 4704

The Wyoming location is slow and trifling. They really need to invest in more Arm's to alleviate members having to wait 30 minutes to use the ATM. Maybe hire a crew to maintain them so that members won't wait 30 minutes in line and then get to the ATM,to find no money is available. Also, add more lighting so that members can feel safe at night. Branch managers also leave out important information regarding member services.
Hi NeShawnda, We apologize for your experience. We will have someone call you to address your concerns.

I hate this bank and really should have stayed with Credit Union One... Overdrafts that cant be taken away, you have to pay for a replacement card (no other bank or credit union I have ever dealt with was there a fee) I dont even know why I call the customer service line. I will most definitely looking for another credit union...
Hi La'Sheena, we are really sorry you feel this way. On average, our fees are lower than other financial institutions. You can find a list of our fees at https://michiganfirst.com/documents-disclosures-fees/fees/
