    I will not be returning to Hodges. I went to this dealer for years, but then it was revealed that they had not alerted me to a technical service bulletin that has resulted in costing me thousands of dollars and many hours of my time. The problem was demonstrated by their own tests, conducted by their technicians. I bought a new car here and serviced all my Subaru's here - but not any longer. If the issue with the car had been caused by me, I would take responsibility. However the problem was caused by Subaru, and now they won't take full responsibility for it. They managed to turn a die hard Subaru lover into a Subaru hater.

    Very helpful and pleasant to work with. All the paperwork was well-organized and everyone was very courteous in explaining everything. From start to finish, left with a new car with a fantastic price and financing in about an hour!

    ××××2018 SUBARU OUTBACK NEEDS A RECALLxxxx Or Class Action Lawsuit!!!!! Me and my family are about to take a vacation and a journey that supposed to be a family fun trip. Of course 3 weeks before this happens the entire Council goes black. I do some investigating on YouTube it's very common and also there have been some articles on this faulty car radio system. But beware you call Hodges Subaru in your told it is not a Subaru part and so they don't know when it'll arrive. After waiting almost two weeks it has not been in yet. They claim these cars are safe. But how safe does your family feel without any type of counsel and things turning off and on intermittently. They will offer to check it over for safety but nothing else. That's unacceptable Subaru explanation point I cannot stress enough the need to go to a different dealership who at least give you a date within a week. Shame on you had your Subaru you are unacceptable and you fail! 4 people reading this review please go to YouTube, check comments this is a common problem with this product and needs either a class action lawsuit or to be recalled. Go to the news like I am. Let's make this happen! And Hodges your staff and some of your management really need to go back to training on how to deal with a customer and how to speak to people. Attitude is everything is I work in a corporate office under a customer complaint department. I will NEVER buy Suparu again thanks to this dealeeship!!!

    CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT Investigation( google it they lawyer doing it now ) : Suparu Outback 2018. For Main Radio/ Computer system My senior parents leased a 2018 Suparu Outback in Florida. They were at my house after it made it to Michigan. Not even a few days in the entire computer died while they were driving. I went on YouTube and saw there were many other people just as another writer on here said. It sounded like they had to take it to the dealer. The dealer could not provide any type of a date, and when the computer would be in. We ordered it. After about a week I called and they still couldn't give me a date and said it was on backorder. The serviceman said he didn't blame me for being so upset. My parents had bought this car for its safety features. Which we no longer working such as the backup camera, the GPS, things that seniors kind of come to rely on now. Sure can you drive a car without all this yes. But it's frustrating when a car company and dealership does not give you a loaner, and it's not that personable when you are calling about a problem. So we waited and my father Leonard Milstone who was on the service logs called Corporate!!!! Beware calling corporate doesn't do much. He got nowhere. They stated they would investigate it. But you know what they did to us just like the other person listed here it was canceled. So I called and I stated nobody called my father or us to let us know they decided to cancel the computer and just have it shipped to Florida. The guy apologized but stated he was not sure cuz my father wanted the computer wherever the car was at. I let him know the car was in Michigan and I thought it was ridiculous they would cancel the order. Well let's go forward now a w33eek later now that we're sitting in Florida and the dealership here's a little more understanding we are promised a loaner but we have not got one yet. I just say shame on Subaru Across America. If you knew that the 2018 Outback had computer problems and malfunctions why wouldn't you have stacked your shelves or had enough. It doesn't make sense and then when someone calls you to say well the computer component is not a Subaru product. Last time I looked they were in the car. I just have never heard of such a thing at a dealership. I mean how do you make a product in a car and then have hundreds of them go out like this and have them all on back order. Because there was a huge mistake made with defective equipment and they should not be selling this car is so safe when in retrospect the safety features that they push so hard break or do not work anymore. We're going on two weeks and that means our Sirius radio that they pay for they cannot listen to on top of it. Sure the dealership will write back and say they'll make all things better what can they do to help you. Help yourself go online Google it there's lawyers out there willing to investigate this class action lawsuit. Well all I can say is we were not satisfied in Detroit Michigan and I will never use this dealership on my life. Subaru had a good salad record with me but that's blowing. Think twice before going to this dealership. If you can I would call around we did and other dealerships could have got the computer and shorter amount of time at least that's what they had said. If you make the decision to go with them that's fine but I am definitely not satisfied and I'm the voice for my parents. My father will not say too much but my mother is disgusted. Considering I would work for a legal firm I have decided to write this review. And after I saw someone else who had trouble with their Subaru I see that I'm not the only one and maybe this will have more come out of the woodwork. If you own one Google it there's a class action lawsuit and if your computer system hasn't failed you yet it well! Some people it's failed twice! Do you research Google and look on YouTube. Thank goodness I was just at least I would never want to buy this car. Thank you for your time and understanding sorry but you get one star based on treatment, response time, and all!

    I thought I had written a positive review before, but I have to say that the service department, Jeff to be specific, has been really great to work with over the years. This service department is step above. Keep up the good the work. There are lots of places you can take your car after your factory warrenty is up, but they've never done me wrong service wise or price wise so I keep bringing the car back here.

    A great experience with Hodges Subaru. Nichole was amazing me in helping with all of the little hiccups no one could expect, Process due to many issues was a little delayed and that is the only reason that I am hesitant to give 5 stars, but many of those issues were out of their control. Something that did bother me about the whole transaction though was the dating of my paperwork. The reason I shopped for a car in the first place was because I was in a car accident on the 14th of February, and I reached out to Subaru on the 16th, and started test driving on the 18th. When signing the financing paperwork, The date that was stated to be that I purchased the car was February 16th, before I even started test driving and I bought an entirely different car that we originally discussed, because they just switched the date out on the original quote, which resulted in the date. Nichole apologized profusely, but sadly there was nothing to be done. Not a huge deal in the long run, but just have to make a payment about a week after putting my deposit down rather than a month. I am now getting my second Subaru and I couldn't be more thrilled. If you are able to, request Nichole, she is there every step of the way, in a very personal manner and wants to answer any and all questions you have. This was my first car to purchase on my own, and she held my hand the entire way.
