Michael made the buying a house process so easy. We have used him for a refinance and to purchase a rental and both times the process was quick and easy. He is very organized and knowledgeable. We wanted to say a few words about Michael Girard as our Mortgage Broker. Michael is the most professional and client concerned broker we have ever worked with. He has his client’s needs foremost in his mind. We were set to sign with one company but on that day the rates went down. Mike called us and said I have found you a better deal with lower rates so don’t sign. He not only found us a better deal. We would have never known that and he would have gotten his commission sooner, instead he helped us. He also is the most through agent we have found.
