    I recently decided to bank with them, I should have looked at the reviews first. I opened an account over 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive my card. The in person experience was okay could’ve been better. I’ve been trying to call for the past couple of days, currently on the phone its been almost 2 hours and no answer. It’s disappointing.

    What I would like to know why this morning I take my Mom to this branch and no one could open the door. An employee just said her access key was not working. This branch their customer service as far as not answering the phone no answer . I called the corporate office in Chelsea. I held on for 30 mins. Really ridiculous no one knows or did not want to tell customers why no one could open the door to this branch. Ridiculous and it was cold as outside this morning. Very poor customer service.

    Been a customer for years and years. Long teller lines, atm machine is always out of service, no parking, go there to have them tell me to come back as if it’s convient to go there. Manager seems to pick and choose when she wants to be nice. Opened a car loan and they ran my credit twice, had to email them many, MANY times to get them to take it off my credit history. Just terrible service especially for a bank. However, I will say if you need anything go to Carlos - the only person I would recommend. Also, trying to get someone on the phone will take half your day as I am on hold (25 minutes) and going. Take your business elsewhere. Not worth your time and energy.

    Every time I call doesn’t matter when, there are very very very long wait times it doesn’t seem the workers even want to help. One time I stayed on the phone waiting for 3 hours just to see how long it would really take and then after three hours someone finally answered. You guys must work on that. That’s bad customer service. I’m literally on the phone with your guys now and I’m still waiting. Horrible, horrible horrible

    I went to open a bank account for my 2 kids I waited for about 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was even sitting in the waiting area this was with an appointment. When I was finally seen I was told that I needed a physical copy of my sons Social Security card and that in order to open a bank account for my older son he had to be there to sign. So I went back today December 3 to open a bank account for just my younger son I came back at the suggested time 530 I sat in the waiting room until 555 and the same person who told me to come back and bring the Social Security card told me I’m there too late because they close at six. And the fact that I was told one thing and then another was done isn’t so much of my issue however sitting for almost 30 minutes ignores to be told I couldn’t be serviced is extremely annoying and in my opinion unprofessional.

    STAY AWAY!!!!! Hold times in excess of an hour. Abusive agents. Poor customer service training. Dropped calls while on hold. Callback requests rarely honored. Supervisors never seem to be available. Issue irresponsible loans (good luck refinancing if your income is low-moderate) INSTITUTION SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.

    I have been a member for years, but recently it has all been going down hill. Now that I am saving and have a good amount I want to do something with it as well as start to build credit but they are coming up short. The new app is slow and clunky and looks even worse than the old one. The lady I spoke with wasn't able to answer a simple question about a credit card application. Finally the nail in the coffin was being locked out of my online account for whatever reason. I'm going to look into a new place to expand myself and suggest everyone do the same, all they are good for is deposits and withdrawals but nothing more.

    Worst bank for loans! If I ever get offers an loan from them I will totally walk away! These guys are like leeches! Plenty of other good banks to go with , great thing is you have lots of choices today. If car dealer says loan is through metro I suggest you find a nether option! Also there payment for these loans onlines suck, totally hard to do and need Better format!
