Merchants Credit Association 152nd Ave, Redmond

I called to pay them money. The lady I spoke to was completely rude and unprofessional. I was told they wouldnt take it off my credit report once I paid. She said "we dont have to give you a good credit standing." I wish there was consumer assistance against creeps like this. I just want to pay my owed debts, and repair my credit score. Wish I didn't have even choose 1 star, they dont deserve that much credit!

Unprofessional Customer service. I called them today to discuss my bill and the agent who represents Kirkland area talked to me so rude. She could have have simply explained why they are not supposed to waive fee instead of talking to me in a rude way.

I was driving, well passenger actually, and I received a phone call from merchants credit about paying a speeding ticket I received. What speeding ticket? I went to the mentioned court house and sure enough, there was something on file. Court would not let me pay. I never received any mail re ticket, yes I was in the process of moving when the ticket was issued but had put change of address in 2 different times. 3 days later, hmm, received my first mail from them..tried paying online but would not take my information. tried calling, just so happens they closed early Friday morning for a 'company wide meeting.' Tried to get online today and the site is not working at all!!! That's when I found all these reviews. Suffice it to say, I am calling courthouse to verify just who they sent my collection to..lol, it wasnt me who got the ticket, but my son from out of state who came to help...oh, brother.

Paid my debt with MCA, and they still report me as an open collection!?! Called and left them a very detailed phone message DEMANDING they resolve this mess with Equifax TODAY...next phone call will be to the FTC to report MCA!! Also will report them to BBB if need be! These people blow up your phone when the consumer owes...I understand that's their job, but they need to do their part too after the debt is paid...update the dang credit bureau!! My time and credit worth is just as valuable as theirs!! SMH

Very nice. Had received a call, was aware that I had a copay I forgot to pay for. Thankfully they offered to call again after my paycheck. Both times they were patient despite me struggling to find my wallet. Places like this only have bad reviews because people don't like paying money they owe, or spend money they forget they have to pay back. Lovely people.

I continue to receive calls from mca that do not have anyone on the other end and then they hang up. I'm not sure why they're calling me and the only reason I know who they are is because I googled their phone number. Shady to say the least. Especially from what I'm seeing in the reviews. I'd love to know why they're calling.

I pay my bill, but they don't care. They'll still treat you like a p.o.s. That's why the verbal abuse is mutual and that's why I dish it back. They must get some kind of enjoyment out of doing what they do if they decide to work there.

This company is horrible, just plain awful! They are rude, crude, and thoroughly unacceptable. "Miss Alexander" is a real jerk. I paid my debt in full and she was still a total jerk. She must be very angry to treat people in hard circumstances this way. When trying to get details of my transaction, she told she had another call coming in and had to go. Pathetic!

beware when you make a payment using your credit card. Merchant Credit Association will run your transaction as a CASH ADVANCE (which they overwrite your card without you knowing about it until later), this will cause you an additional charge of $10 on your credit card, even if you have not authorized them to run the transaction as a cash advance. I do think this is very illegal of them to do it....

Spoke with a woman here who was horrible I can't remember her name but she should NOT working there!
