recently leased a ML350 from James and had a very good experience -think I was treated fairly and he tried to give us the best deal that he could. Awful. Sales suck. Please do not go there at all!!! They do not treat people with respect and they did not call me to pick up my car and now I have to wait the whole weekend!!!! That is besides the point. Sales is extremely unprofessional. I spoke to a manager Named Dan in sales and he was also not empathetic and very harsh with me because I was raising my voice expressing my anger as if I don't have a right to. He is also an awful manager! I quote his words- I am sorry what else do you want me to do! I mean ...what do you want me to do! Literally that is what he said. I will keep you all posted on what happens on Monday with details. ==== Service Manager is excellent - Jamie. He is a true professional.

Over $300 to change the oil and rotate the tires. Exorbitant! I got lured into the whole luxury car thing, but it was simply put highway robbery on their part to charge those prices. And i was stupid enough to go along... for the 1st and last time. Take my advice go to a reputable auto service site else where and save yourself hundreds.

My experience at Ray Catena Union was by far the best experience I have had at a car dealership EVER! My husband and I were lucky enough to work with Christopher Bradfield and from our first encounter he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He was never pushy and was willing to work with us to get me into the car I wanted. I would absolutely recommend Ray Catena Union to anyone who is in the market for a new car and PLEASE see Chris Bradfield!

As a BMW owner since 2000, I was interested to see what Mercedes Benz had to offer, as I was in the market for a new car. Fully expecting to make a quick visit and then head down to my BMW dealer, I was surprised by the knowledgable and friendly customer experience that Victor Kaczynski provided to me. He really made a great impression on me and was the reason I made the switch to Mercedes after 14 years. Yes the Mercedes C class is a great vehicle, but the courteous unhurried, respectful service that I recieved every step of the way, from initial inquiry to signing on the bottom line is what made the deal. I don't know about the rest of your sales reps, but if they are all like Victor, you guys must be selling a hell of a lot of cars. Simply put Victor is as good as it gets and a credit to your organization. Thanks for a great experience, and looking forward to doing business with you in the future.. Regards Manny D

As I was planing to buy either my first MB or Infinity, I spent a lot time browsing the internet for options. Burton Henson contacted me for RC MB in union, he was very professional and more important he made me feel welcome. He said that somebody will contact me to follow up with my appointment and Ed Moravek did. I know buying a new car could be a pain but not with Ed , he made it so enjoyable , easy , quick , he was very professional and helpful with all my questions . I don't want to forget William Reyes , concierge , he was very helpfull, as well, attentive and professional ... definitely these 3 people made me not go somewhere else. I am looking forward to continue my relationship with this dealership for future business . Thank you all.

My car is not running at all is a c300 09 and It was towed to their dealership...Its been 3 days and they still haven’t checked it out. I have called a million times and still with the excuse they have appointments. But how the heck I’m going to make an appointment if my car is not running at all???? So they are going to keep it for 2 weeks??? I’m not a rich person like everyone thinks when you own a Mercedes, believe me I want to get rid of that car a long time ago because everything is soooo expensive. All my work money is going to uber because they don’t have another technician for emergency towed cars coming in. I just think is horrible that kind of service and the worst thing is they are gonna charge me for each day my car is just been seating there.

THEY DONT DESERVE a Star. You cannot post without clicking a star. The Service Department has EXTREMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My car was there on Thursday and broke down on Sunday. My car has been in the shop for 4 consecutive days. I have called everyday numerous times during the day. The attendant is always with a client and has not called back. No one has looked at my car. I called for a Manager twice & no return call. DO NOT GO HERE. This is my second Mercedes. I've been a Mercedes driver for 15+ years. I am new to NJ. I have never been treated so badly by a Mercedes dealer. Absolutely horrible experience.
