Absolutely horrible. I’ve called about getting my I button reprogrammed. The lady who answered the phone didn’t even know what the I button was?? You work here but don’t know the main button to operate the features. Then she proceeded to send me to a department that never answers the phone and wants you to leave a message. After my 3rd attempt. I left a message and got no call back. I called today and explained and she sends me to another guy who also didn’t answer the phone. I’m sorry am I calling Mercedes? Sure can’t tell by the customer service. Feels like I’m calling a car lot that’s in the middle of the inner city. Definitely find another Mercedes dealer.

I've been bringing my MB into this dealership for 17 months, since I bought it. From day 1, I've had the same problem with my head unit and Mercedes has told me it's my problem to figure out. 4 phones later and the finally publish a TSB, but basically with the same guidance, not our problem, you should hard reset your phone every time iOS updates. Even Ford has this figured out! I should have saved myself 30k and bought a Ford SUV!

I had considered purchasing a Mercedez for a few years. I wasn't sure if it would ever happen until I finally decided to visit the dealership during my vacation. My salesperson, Bill Cantrell, went out of his way to make the experience as relaxing and stress- free as possible. I can be difficult at times when it comes to making big decisions but actually found myself enjoying the experience. We found a car that was exactly what I was looking for. The after-sales experience has been top-notch. If you are considering a Benz, I would highly recommend Bill and the rest of the staff.

I am from Wichita KS and found a C300 that was priced so low that the Wichita MB dealer could not match. Drove up and received excellent treatment from Jesse, Steve and Fernando. Ritchie sold it to me via Internet w/fair trade in. Drove this outstanding car home and presented it to my lovely wife as a birthday gift. Note, we have been driving MBs since 1973.

TJ is the best. It was my first time at that location but it is now my go to for car care. Customer service was impeccable. Waiting area was nice and full of goodies. My car is running like the day I drove it off the lot.

I have a few MB dealers to compare Mercedes-Benz Kansas City with since my wife and I travel the US, Canada and Mexico in our RV (2014 MB Sprinter 3500). Easing into getting used to driving a diesel I've stopped at a MB deal while on the road when necessary and when I have any questions. When comparing MB of KC to the rest, they are top notch! Received an official MBUSA letter for a recall to get fixed. I live 130 miles away to the closest MB dealer which is MB of KC. I made an appointment two weeks up front to let them order the part to be ready. They texted me a day before to confirm the appointment and I confirmed it. The next day when I was driving to my appointment and had already driven about 80 miles , I received a text saying the part is not ready and is gone to backorder and I have to wait till the part to be ready. How come is it possible you make an appointment and order the part two weeks before and then you receive a text an hour before the appointment saying the part is not ready? They don't even consider one's time. Only saying "sorry" doesn't get you anywhere.

This complaint is not about MB of Kansas City, although I have had enough bad experiences that I now go to Aristocrat even though your dealership is much more convenient. My complaint is directed at MB USA. I have owned Mercedes vehicles since 1982. Have four in my stable, 2004 SL500, 2007 S550, 2011 ML350 and a 2015 S550. Switching the positions of the turn signal and cruise control was a stupid and dangerous idea. I have to concentrate when driving any of these vehicles, especially the 2015, as I constantly hit the wrong one as I have 34 years of driving experience with the items in one position. Second complaint is the tires on the 2015. Unbelievable that they are only available through a MB dealer. I have a cut right rear. Took it to Firestone and even though they are a Bridgestone dealer and within spitting distance of MB KC, they could not purchase a tire from you. They had to put the defective tire back on the rim. I'm without the use of the car for five days while waiting for you to get a tire in stock. MB USA can be assured that when tire replacement time arrives I will use a tire that is commonly available throughout the country so I don't have to rely on a MB dealer. Having this problem in a remote area could mean real troubles and delays.
