    Oddest banking visit ever. No receptionist. No signage. You have to find your way to the kiosk, then you speak to a cashier by phone. I’m guessing the cashier was in the back? Edited… I thought it was odd my wife closing the account was $5.95 short. Today (a day later) we got a statement. Now you charge $3.00 a month Paper Statement Fee. I’m guessing $3.00 off that Statement, plus $3.00 off this month, plus a few cents interest = $5.95. She left at just the right time. Go Mona!!!

    worst bank ever. called about some wrong transactions on my account i was looking at on my computer. i was told that those transactions were not showing on thier computer so nothing they could do. i will be moving my account soon.

    Been attending this branch for years. First, my wife had a car loan through them that took extremely long to finalize. Then recently I tried to do a refinance through them. Sent all my infornation was never contacted back. Very bad business..

    Great business, the people who work there just need to be retrained. They can't properly explain procedures and don't count your money back to you after making a withdrawal. Manager is very rude. Generally I contact the MFCU in Austell, they are very professional and I wish they were closer. I even wrote an email to them and nothing has changed. Probably won't be banking there for much longer if they don't get their act together.

    Worked with Jervon Tisdale on a loan. Zero customer service skills. Zero updates on the status of the loan unless I called. I don't know how this guy even got a job there. Canceled my loan application and went with a different credit union. Don't waste your time!

    The lobby is a disorganized mess. The teller and supervisor could not figure out how to deposit my SBO check. Had to leave I was so mad. Called my home credit union ( out of state ) and they said it should have been a simple easy process. First and last visit.

    I don’t bank with them but called about refinancing a car loan and the woman I spoke to took her time to explain how it would work and what the best options for me were. Very nice and honest. Will be using them in the future.

    They changed dates and times on a couple of my transactions, one in Dec 2019, other on Jan.2020; therefore I was charged wrongly on two privilege fees. Total lost 66.00 Watch your statements closely, so it won't happen to you.

    Deposited 12.000 on the 3rd of May and was told ot would clear on the 8th by an employee and it's not been 2 days past the clear date and no one called to notify me or anything if there was a problem but I needed those funds by a date and they are not the easiest people to reach or get answers from I get money Deposited from stock companies and this is ridiculous that I'm having to wait on Coca-Cola and Mid America who are super big companies why is it taking so long
