Bank side I love. Best rates for all loans etc. but they are horribly slow in there drive thru. I mean BAD. Now that covid got there lobbies closed it 10x worse. Please please do yourself a favor avoid the alpine location drive thru at all cost.

Banked here for over 5 years and service is mediocre at best. Anyone who works business hours like 9-5 shouldn’t bank here. Hours are inconvenient and randomly closes for stuff like “staff development” on weekdays. Arrived about 20 min before close once and was told coin machine is “off”...okay turn it back on cause you’re open. Glad I rushed over to make it before close.

I love members alliance but this morning I was practically hung up on by Irma? I was trying to find out if my auto loan was automatically withdrawn because I just set it up and I want to avoid a late payment. She was not completely rude but definitely could be more informative. Not everyone wants to set up online banking. I call in to check my account balance sometimes... should I feel bad for that?

Support service for debit card was the worst I have ever experienced. Not only was the card declined several times, the rep gave excuse after excuse instead of fixing the problem. The manager Jennifer at the Riverside branch was useless and made up another excuse for the awful service.

Horrible. Applied for a loan with my wife because i had a good experience 2 years ago and the place went to s#it. Its been a week since we applied and call everyday to check up on the status and the loan lady by the initials JM never answers her phone and when we leave a voicemail she never calls back. We ask for help from other loan officers and no one can tell us the status. Shop for your loans else where! Especially if you need it in less than a week.

I’m going to close my account today as we speak this bank is a joke ! They been holding my money since the 4th of this month an will not release my money ! I will not bank here if i was you because they rude take for ever to get back to you especially Amanda A. I have repairs that Ive Scheduled now im having to cancel smh this is unacceptable.

Was very happy was told three different loan amounts when card came it was different amount consolidation was supposed to help my credit score went from 690 to560 I was told it wouldn't hurt my credit .dont know if was my color or what will not Deal with the Walmart location ever again .will see if there anything can Do it was just wrong!😔😔
