I’ve been coming to Member’s Trust my entire life. My parents first started banking there when I was little and now I’m an account holder. Anytime I call, I always get an answer right away. Neida, Sharda, and Richard are always helping and get things done literally in less than 5 minutes. They know me by name and also ask about my extended family members BY NAME (My large family also bank here too. Many there have seen me grow up from elementary school-college degree-my Career-now marriage…so it’s nice to get there and they ask about my life. This is one of the few companies that if you leave a voicemail, they ACTUALLY CALL YOU BACK. They also reply to emails too! EVERY TIME.
