    03/21/19- Update this time the service was very good. Very informative and friendly. Kept me posted about the progress of my car. Informed me about possible issues. Hence why I'm updating the rating. 07/18 - I'm writing this review on the service department. The service department is very mediocre. They dont call once they are done with the work. They give little to no information on the issues. And it seems that they are just waiting for the day to be over. If it wasn't for the fact that the next closest place to get serviced was miles away I wouldn't come here again.

    The experience at Matick Toyota M59 was awesome. Mike Grzanka spent as much time as we needed answering our questions and showing us several vehicles because we were not exactly sure what we wanted. I recommend Matick Toyota for their sales people and pricing. We were unable to find anyone in Michigan, Ohio or Pennsylvania able to beat their prices.

    The people at McInerney Toyota have always been really friendly and helpful with me. Some dealerships act like they don't want to speak with you if you're not quite ready to buy. Not so at McInerney. I have noticed that they have a lot of repeat business when I am in the store. So it's a very relaxing feeling. That is why I feel comfortable referring friends to Hoot McInerney Toyota.

    Horrible dealer ship only worried about making a quick sale and making some commission money. Took hours to buy the vehicle with horrible customer service after buying the vehicle I had some questions and got no response from any employees absolutely no customer service support and ignore all calls when trying to get assistance with my car. Would recommend going to a different dealer who can act like professionals.

From researching your particular situation we understand that you came a way to purchase a vehicle from us, which we appreciate and respect. We believe our team members had explained that we needed certified funds for the purchase, not a personal check or credit card for the transaction, which is company policy. That said, perhaps we could have been more clear or provided you with greater detail prior to you arriving to confirm that point was clear. We did offer financing options upon your arrival to make the transaction smooth. In regards to the lack of customer support, you had reached out to one of our managers on a Saturday when we have a smaller staff and were unable to collect the information you needed in a timely fashion. We apologize for that. We are working to get you the information you requested as of this morning as quickly as possible.     The salesperson was very friendly and quite well-informed. The buying process was pretty quick and all the registration and other paperwork​ was taken care of by the manager at the place. Overall, it was a very good buying experience of my first car.

    Matick Toyota was awesome so easy and friendly our sales person Erik Macklem was very professional, informative and got me a great deal on my 2016 corolla! All staff was extremely nice and greeted me, will definitely return to Matick Toyota for my car needs! I would recommend all!

    I have taken my car for service here a few times. They are always professional, the prices are fair, and they are a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend! Recently I needed repairs but was too far away. They recommended another Toyota dealer for service, and that service has been just as great.

    Bad service. Antagonize customer Well since we are being so honest -- when I requested a Service person drive along and I could reproduce the issue I was told `go ask him yourself`. Furthermore when I asked to pay the bill I was told (in the same rude tone) `I'm not the cashier`. If your `professionals` can't act like professionals, that's where the problem exists. Please don't lay this at my feet. You had a chance in the past to sell me a new Rav4 but your staff was nowhere to be found. Only fox Toyota reached out to me with professionalism and respe t a customer deserves. They made a great sale tnat day. Wake up! The customer is right sometimes.

We did our very best to do what we could to replicate the concern you had, including our best Technician driving the car at length, without any ability to replicate. While frustrating, we still were owed a diagnostic fee which you adamantly denied paying. We would never antagonize our guests, it does us no good in service to you, or you leaving reviews for others to read. That said, we did diagnose the vehicle as best we could and were owed for our service and time. We hope you're able to find a fix to your concern at another repair facility.
