I never right reviews but when someone goes out of their way I believe the should be acknowledged. Had an issue with my FFL order which was totally my fault do to not doing enough research before I ordered. Ms. Rebecca not only went out of her way to try and help me resolve the issue, but also didn’t charge me for the return. Even though disappointed about not being able to pick my order, it was very pleasant meeting and working with Ms. Rebecca. She was very kind and respectful as I was to her as well. Morale to the story…. treat people as you would want to be treated, you never know the effect someone’s day/life.Thanks again Ms. Rebecca for your help and kindness

I have done many FFL transfers and was always treated insignificantly and rudely. MARY'S was a welcoming contrast. Great customer service and I felt as a customer should feel, appreciated.

Mary’s Pawn Shop re-sized a ring that was too big for me. They also repaired my wedding band that I had to have cut off due to an allergic reaction to a sting I had on my ring finger. Rebecca was professional and sweet and communicated well while they were in possession of my rings. Both were repaired for a more than reasonable price. Glad they were able to help me. If you go in to Mary’s Pawn Shop be sure to ask for Rebecca. She’s a big help!

Went in for a ffl transfer and Rebecca was very professional. It was a quick and painless transfer I will be a repeat customer.

I took in a vintage watch my grand mother gave me , the Elder man told me that he will not take it in because it was broken, the watch was perfectly fine without one single scratch he then said ether way I will not take it in. He was really rude and unprofessional! I then drove down the street to money Mart and they bought it off me for $300.00 they were really knowledgeable about my vintage piece that was not appreciated at Mary’s ! This place needs to get remodeled or shut down because it’s falling apart it’s a hazard.

Rude and entirely unfriendly staff! Thry made me wait ten minutes before they even said hello even though I was the only customer High prices on items in store and horrible offers on pawns. This is the absolute worst For sale is a Sam4s ER-5200m cash register. It is used but in great shape and ready to serve you well for years to come! These sell for $400 to $575 new so I am firm on the price. Feel free to text me anytime! shop in San Antonio! They wasted my time by offering to buy an item from me and then not following thru when I got there. Avoid this place!

My mother & her mother knew Mary they where friends & to say this place is not the same place as it use to be hurts, every one here is rude, customer service is bad, always trying to swindle Customers products, this place needs a change.

Great help always a go to spot for some extra cash quick( pawn/sell )
