    The worst service I have ever received, i give 0 stars. The tellers are so disgustingly disrespectful. My mom who is elderly always has to go in to withdraw money because the atm doesn't allow her. I thought that was weird so I went in with her one time to see why she couldn't and the teller responded to me like I was stupid she stated "I don't know did you enter the right pin" I said of course I did and all she said was she didn't know why...she didn't even bother to figure it out. Then my mom asked if she had the ability to over draft and was told to use the atm to find out...like really after we just told her she has not been able to use atm and that was the whole point in going inside i was so upset that I just left with my mom. I can not believe they have these lazy disrespectful people working customer service yet never want to help. Thankfully I bank with someone else they are the best have never had issues with them I told my mom to bank with them and after our experience she just may do that. I would never recommend this bank.

    They never answer the phone. I had no idea it was impossible to speak to anyone at this branch. Hmm. No wonder it's got a HORRIBLE 2.8 RATING.🤔

    Husband Had to cash a check from a Wells Fargo customer written to him and we had a very difficult time with the cashier in drive thru just to cash it and he had 3 forms of ID to verify identity and approval from the account holder. We waited about 45 minutes just for one simple check to get cashed... Highly don't recommend that bank(Wells Fargo)Very poor service.

    I've been with Wells Fargo since 2010. I went to this branch to open a teen checking account for my daughter which went well. I also changed my name on the account and need to bring my marriage license. The lady who helped me unstapled the copy of my marriage license and didn't even ask for permission. When I took it to Texas A&M University in College Station to change my name they almost didn't take it because of her removing the staples on an official document. On top of that I had five new cards issued because of the name change which is fine, but three went to my new current address and two went to my previous address that is three hours away. This was completely inconvenient. I called minutes ago to see where my new credit card was or to order a new one if it had not been processed and the lady went through a verification process then told me my card was at the old address. She didn't realize I was giving her my new last name and attempted to change back to my maiden name and tried to make me go through another verification process to order another card to be sent to my current address. This is ridiculous. I just hung up. No one called me back either.

    By far the absolute worst Wells Fargo Bank I've ever been to!! The staff at this location were incompetent and unprofessional, from the tellers inside all the way to the manager. I would go anywhere else but this place, if it was possible to give negative star ratings this place would certainly deserve it. So before you even think of stopping here , hit the gas and steer clear if this place and save yourself the headache!! 👎

    Very poor service 😔 I went in today n no help tried opening an account n they told me I'm going to have to wait 2 weeks there for there backed up n other kinds of BS. All I wanted was to open an account. I recommend no one to come here for service

    Been a Wells Fargo customer for 3+ years. I've only had to go inti the bank a handful of times but each time I've received excellent service. The staff is quick, courteous and knowledgeable in their jobs. Wonderful experience each time.

    2 stars are for the general ladies at the front desk. Prompt and polite and keeping the lines moving. Great job! Now if you need help from one of the bankers/tellers sitting down prepare for an obnoxious wait. They had a man cut in front of 4 people because of his religious beliefs. They only had 3 people available to help people at what seems to be a very busy location. If you come here needing something to normal tellers can't help you with prepare to wait over an hour, no matter how simple your request is.

    Worse bank ever!!!! Deposit a check and can't get my money until 3 days later and I can't pay my bills now!!! And they are going to overdraft me and then charge me an overdraft fee when I have money in the bank!!! Don't bank with Wells Fargo!!!! You can't get your money they just know how to take it away from you!!!

    The staff here are rude unprofessional and inconsiderate. They had me on hold and than just hung up on me and when I called back they would not answer. Until about the forth call and as I explained that I did not have a vehicle to go through the drive thru they put me on hold for about 5 mins and hung up again. Worse customer service I've ever encountered.
